Müthiş manzaralı rahat bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Manzara muhteşemdi. Balkonlu, kocaman bir banyosu olan tarihi binada kaldık. Yataklar rahattı, temizlik çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı zengindi.

Cons:

Akşam yemeklerinde bazı ana yemekler kötüydü. “Coq au vin”den tavuk tadı gelmediği gibi güzel bir tadı da yoktu.

Agréable week-end au cœur des châteaux!
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal par rapport au lac et aux châteaux. C’est magique de pouvoir s’y promener au calme lorsque le flux des touristes sont partis! La propreté et le calme des chambres. Le Spa avec vue sur le lac.

Es ist empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Alles schön und fein. Die Sicht und das Top Frühstück sind die Highlights. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Hotelpersonal sind richtig nett.

Cons:

Leider gibt es außer des Pools keine Kinderaktivitäten. Die Preise im Sommer sind natürlich relativ hoch. Parkplätze kosten extra.

В этой гостинице я почувствовала себя королевой ,было все на высшем уровне начиная с обслуживания и заканчивая номером под стиль замка. Изумительный вид из окон номера на замок .

Cons:

Нужно было бронировать столик на ужин даже не смотря на то что мы заказали номер с полупансион.

Établissement très bien situé au bord du lac.
Vue magnifique. Calme assuré. Très reposant.

Cons:

Non respect des touristes avec enfants qui ne tiennent pas compte du besoin de repos des autres. La piscine n'est pas dédiée qu'aux enfants

Zeer goed hotel op Idyllische locatie
Pros:

Prachtig Hotel op een zeer prachtige locatie met zich op het "Schloss Neuschwanstein".
Zeer mooie kamers.
Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook het avondeten is van het zeer goede kwaliteit.
De bediening is zeer vriendelijk.
Spa faciliteiten zijn inbegrepen en zeer goed.
Zeer proper hotel op idyllische locatie.
Dit is een iets duurder hotel dan gemiddeld, maar de standaard ligt hier ook een stuk hoger. Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf.

Precio excesivo para la calidad obtenida
Pros:

La ubicación, ideal para visitar los castillos y el lago cercano
El parking gratuito, aunque descubierto
Aunque la primera persona que nos atendió no nos resultó agradable, tanto la persona que vino después y se esforzaba por entendernos como la que estuvo por la tarde que hablaba español fueron encantadoras

Cons:

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado
El edificio donde nos alojaron era antiguo (teóricamente edificio histórico) y había que subir escaleras para acceder a la habitación.
La piscina del spa nos pareció pequeña y sin personal del hotel presente en ningún momento y no hubo tranquilidad.

Fantastich verblijf gehad
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en beleefd onthaal aan de receptie. Zeer behulpzaam personeel ook aan het schoonmaakpersoneel! En hondvriendelijk, tijdens het inchecken kreeg ik een doosje hondensnoepjes aangeboden. Tof en super bedankt!

Cons:

Alles is fantastisch maar om iets van minpunt aan te halen wil ik melden dat aan de deuropening om naar restaurant/ ontbijtzaal te gaan een spinneweb hangt en op het terras van de kamer ook (vermoedelijk hoogseizoen en niet grondig kunnen reinigen).

Pros:

We got there around 8 pm, after checking in, young lady gave us a room with a wonderful view, overlooking the lake( Historic),but it was the hottest week in hottest summer in Germany, it didn't have AC, but she was very kind to guide us to another room with A/C , she personally brought the luggage to our room ( Thanks).
It was very comfortable

Cons:

No comments on the Spa as we didn't have time to use it
Kitchen closed early so, we ate some thing in the bar on the day of arrival

Gute Lage

Cons:

Nägelreste im Badezimmer, unidentifizierbare Spritzer an der Badewannenwand, ein benutztes Taschentuch im Schlafzimmer und die Küche schließt bereits um 20:00 Uhr. Für 400€ ziemlich ungenügend.
