Lokatie, naast de beroemde Schloss en en de Alpsee. Heerlijke spa en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

Veel kleine kinderen die best lawaaiig zijn, vooral in hun kamers (contactgeluiden) en soms ook in de eetzalen.

Ubicación perfecta, si buscas llegar a la zona, dejar el coche, y estar a la mañana siguiente ya en el sitio, para visitar los castillos. Salir a pasear por la noche por los alrededores, y observar los castillos iluminados, sacar 4 fotos, y el silencio de estar en medio de las montañas, sin apenas oír nada, mas que la tranquilidad. Piscina cubierta, muy agradable. Desayuno completo, con variedad. Habitaciones cómodas para 4 personas.

Cons:

Demasiado caro, aun y la comodidad del sitio, y las vistas. Tener que ir a cenar, a las 20:00/20:30, al restaurante del hotel de al lado, porque el suyo ya estaba cerrado. Y menos mal, porque si no, tiene que coger el coche he irte al pueblo.

Pros:

The location is beautiful. Just like a post card with a lake and two castles. Staff were polite and the girl who helped us with the e-bike rentals was very nice. Our room had AC which was nice in the hot weather.

Cons:

Absolutely gorgeous location, but the vibe in the bar and restaurant area was a bit pretentious. I feel like the room and the overall accomodations did not match the image the hotel was trying to convey. Our water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant several times we tried to shower. When my husband tried to check out the night before our early departure the next day, he told the desk staff that we had already paid for the room via Booking.com. The man at the desk said that was not the case, that Booking.com reservations always had to be paid on site, and then he proceeded to charge my credit card on file again. I had to go back down and show them proof of my payment to Booking. It took a while for them to sort it out, but they did. But there was no apology of any kind. They just handed me a paper saying their recent charges had been reversed.

Toll- kommen wieder.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung und gutes Essen.
Sehr professionelle Führung des Hotels. Wünsche werden , so dies möglich ist, sofort erfüllt.

Cons:

Das ist nicht so wichtig aber eine Ladestation für E Autos wäre schön.

Le cadre idéal
Pros:

Superbe hôtel dans un cadre magnifique, à deux bas du lac d'Alpsee et des deux châteaux. Nous avions pris une suite junior et chacune de nos fenêtres donnait sur l'un des châteaux. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment varié, le bar agréable et l'espace spa a une vue fabuleuse. Pensez à réserver le restaurant si vous souhaitez y aller, il y a peu de moyens de se restaurer dans le village et encore moins aux horaires latins du dîner.

Meget god beliggenhed med kort afstand til det væsentlige.
Vi blev opgraderet fra standard dobbeltværelse til juniorsuite, formentlig på grund af overbookning. Det kan naturligvis påvirke bedømmelsen.

Cons:

Vi måtte rykke for den aftalte e-mail med kvittering/faktura.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: wirklich sehr vielseitig und hochwertig. Von frischem Waffelteig bis hin zur Egg-Station, an der Rührei, Spiegelei oder Omelett frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet wurden, war für jeden etwas dabei. Ganz besonders möchten wir das Personal an der Egg-Station erwähnen, unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das übrige Servicepersonal war insgesamt sehr bemüht, wobei einige Mitarbeiter:innen durch ihre besondere Kundenorientierung noch einmal positiv herausstachen. Beim Frühstück war es allerdings recht voll und teilweise mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden, bis wir einen Tisch bekamen. Fairerweise muss man dazu sagen, dass wir mit acht Personen angereist waren, was die Tischsuche natürlich nicht einfacher machte.

Das Abendessen wird als Menü angeboten und war für unsere Kinder etwas zu anspruchsvoll bzw. nicht ganz so kindgerecht. Burger und Pommes konnten jedoch problemlos zusätzlich bestellt werden. Wir selbst haben, bis auf einen Abend überwiegend außerhalb des Hotels gegessen.

Ein besonderes Highlight war unsere gebuchte Meditation im Spa-Bereich bei Vincent. Eine ganz wunderbare, angenehm bodenständige und erdende Einheit, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Die Lage direkt am Alpsee ist wunderschön und lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen ein, auch mit Hund. Rund um Neuschwanstein ist es erwartungsgemäß sehr touristisch und international, schließlich reisen Menschen aus aller Welt hierher. Sobald man sich ein wenig abseits der klassischen Touristenwege bewegt, lässt sich die wunderschöne Umgebung aber sehr genießen.

Cons:

Wir hatten als Familie eine Junior Suite gebucht, da wir zu viert etwas mehr Platz benötigten. Etwas irritiert hat uns die vorab zusätzliche Reinigungs- bzw. Hundepauschale für unseren kleinen Zwergdackel. Dass für einen Hund grundsätzlich ein Aufpreis berechnet wird, ist für uns absolut nachvollziehbar und völlig in Ordnung. Die zusätzliche Reinigungspauschale von 250,-€ neben der Tagespauschale empfanden wir bei einem kleinen, nicht haarenden Hund allerdings als etwas überzogen. Davon abgesehen haben wir das Hotel und die Umgebung als sehr hundefreundlich erlebt.
