The view the food, the breakfast buffet, the pool, the exclusive exit to the alpsee. I loved everything. It is a very nice top notch hotel.
I didn’t like that the booking on here (booking.com) was a little deceiving. They ask you during your booking if you would like Mountain View or lake view. We selected lake view but we didn’t get that. All we saw was basically the wall of a mountain, we were on the first floor. When we checked into the hotel and went to our room i called the front desk and the girl said that what we had booked didn’t guarantee lake view. So we paid for the upgrade to have actual lake view and it was nice, but very deceiving.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The spa experience is blissful! Waking up to a view of Hohenschwangau castle was perfect. Our favorite was the incredible breakfast!
It is a little pricey and the air conditioning was a little warm in one of our two rooms.
Amazing location. Great breakfast buffet.
4 course dinner was eclectic with little options. But I am an adventurous eater and ate it all. Others might not like it.
