Best stay since a few years.
Pros:

Extrofinary designed and perfectly maintained. Personell is top level. Park 10 out of 10. Spa was my favorite.

Pros:

1. We joint a wine tasting session. That was the highlight of our staying.
2. The gym and the pool services were very good.
3. The breakfast can be held up for very late morning.

Cons:

The restaurant and wine tour services are very separated from the hotel services. You will have double check on both sides.

Все было замечательно! Обильный завтрак, приветливый персонал, красивая территория.

Cons:

В целом все было хорошо, но если придираться, то климат-контроль в номере ночью светит достаточно ярко, как отключить подсветку интуитивно непонятно.
И очень шумные лягушки в пруду 😅

A perfect place to relax
Pros:

Amazing place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Nothing major. The only small inconvenience was the bathroom, which could be a little more comfortable or practical. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

A beautiful hotel with mixed service
Pros:

This hotel is amazing - the facilities are great, the views are incredible and the restaurants provide really good choice of great food.

Cons:

The service we recieved from staff was really mixed. Whilst some staff members were friendly, we also found some of the reception staff and pool bar staff to be quite blunt and not very accommodating. For example, when we arrived, we asked the receptionist if there was a map of the estate we could use (as it’s huge!). She told us (1 hour after the check in time) that all maps had been given out to other guests. We asked if it was possible to view a digital version or to print another and she just said ‘no’. The same member of staff told us it was possible to book a wine tasting the following morning for the same day and implied it was easy to make a booking. When we arrived the next morning to book, she told us there was nothing available at all, however when we spoke to the wine bar directly, they told us there was space and managed to fit us in. The sommelier seemed confused about why we had been told there was no space. Additionally, when at the rooftop bar, we asked if there were any bar snacks. The response was ‘no’. I asked if they served food at all (knowing they did) and she said ‘no’. At the same time, there was a plate of food on the bar for staff and a burger was delivered to another family. At the same bar, we ordered a beer, which was really warm. We asked for a cold one and he said there weren’t any (rather than requesting for one from another of the many bars). These were a few examples of the service you wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant staff, library bar staff, wine bar staff and spa staff were all lovely, though.
