Location and Ray
The elevator didn’t work all the time, we had a leak in our tub
Location and friendly staff
I found bugs on my bed. I took pictures. The shower was leaking very bad all night. I open the fridge and all water came up. Microwave was not working. AC was not working at all. They moved me to 2 other rooms because the first time the room was not done by housekeeper. The last room I was, I stayed there. They could not fixed the bad things in the second room. I want a refund of my first night in room 321. If you need picture of the bugs, please let me know.
Nothing
The facility smell in the bedrooms, the walk way was old and needs fixing. I love that it had an elevator . But the area had lots of homeless walking around. The front desk person very helpful.
the bed was decent
room floors was dirty floors had dried stain all over, furniture was dirty with dried stains all over. I brought this staff attention , they show me another room that was the same condition. I was in room #204. nasty and dirty.
The housekeeping staff was very nice.
I was offered “early check-in” and I received confirmation of it being approved, when I arrived they said there weren’t any rooms available so I had to return at regular check-in time.
The room overall had a unpleasant smell to it. Almost like cigarette smell but it may have also come from the carpets not smelling so clean.
The shower was a little broken and I had trouble keeping the actual shower coming out from the shower head. Any time I pulled the knob on the bottom faucet to transition the faucet to the shower it was coming out from the wall.
Staffs were rude
I liked the accommodation that was given at last minute !! Friendly staff & clean room!
Parking is narrow and no elevators for the 3rd floor & no parking on the back
That the stores were around it
That my shower had a leak and kept dripping water
The ROOM & the staff were clean & friendly!
The Elevator!
Nothing.
Unfortunately this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The first room we were put in was absolutely disgusting and not the King suite I had originally booked because it had not been prepared for us. The second room we changed to smelled like piss and had a clogged toilet and a crackhouse couch. The third room was finally somewhat decent. The elevator trapped us for a good minute as it wobbled up and down trying to land on the second floor, that seemed real safe. I understand you get what you pay for but I’ve stayed in much cheaper motels that had better quality and pride in their accommodations. Trust me, spend some extra money on a better place and save your peace of mind during your trip.
Limited parking, under construction, the room reaked. It smells like smoke even though it's supposed to be smoke free. The price not equivalent to the quality of the property. The closet smelled like
Mold. The door knob was defective, you pull up not down. The hairdryer was dirty.
