Cons:

My coffee pot didn't have the proper size filter holder to work. I don't want to leave my room for coffee/there wasn't any in the lobby early/mid morning, but there was the eve before. The room was as clean as it could be. This hotel is in quite rough shape, the elevator is terribly dirty and in need of mechanical repair to feel safe. The staff was excellent to chat with.

I booked this room because we saw we had free breakfast that is a must wherever we stay. And we still had to pay 30 dollars in parking. Our room was dirty and the water was leaking all night and we complaint about it and nothing was done the next day. We also asked for a play pen and no one called us to let us know not one was available. Will definitely not be staying here again

Cons:

The breakfast station and the gym were unavailable at the time, still under renovation. The first room we were given room 333 had an unpleasant smell of smoking, bad for someone with migraine sensitivities

I don’t think I will be back.

Staff was friendly. Sheets were fresh and clean.

Staff was friendly however I couldn’t help but notice that one employee was left completely alone with a line that went all around the reception area, it didn’t seem like staff was willing to work as a team, and we were all left to wait for a very long time for that one employee to take care of everything by herself.

The rooms had a horrible musky smell, lights flickered and took forever to turn on, my children’s feet were filthy from being barefoot on the carpet, the coffee machine didn’t work in our room, overall the room felt dirty. Very dim lighting, the remotes were filthy, and the walls had damage to them…Grateful that the sheets and towels were clean and the air conditioners worked well but other than that I don’t understand why this hotel is open during renovations.

Gross and not managed properly

Honestly, nothing.

Cons:

The room smells like urine. We asked to switch rooms and it still smelt awful. There were not blankets for the bunk beds and no toilet paper. We went to the front desk to ask for both and they didnt have any.... not even toilet paper. We ate the cost and stayed somewhere else.

Pros:

I didn't end up staying at this location, it was dirty and drug infested, I did not feel safe to even stay. Also, when I spoke to the front desk they said they would not charge my card the $75 for incidentals since we didn't stay and I was still charged.

This place is disgusting and misleading with AI generated photos. HORRIBLE!!!!!
