Gross and not managed properly

Honestly, nothing.

Cons:

The room smells like urine. We asked to switch rooms and it still smelt awful. There were not blankets for the bunk beds and no toilet paper. We went to the front desk to ask for both and they didnt have any.... not even toilet paper. We ate the cost and stayed somewhere else.

Pros:

I didn't end up staying at this location, it was dirty and drug infested, I did not feel safe to even stay. Also, when I spoke to the front desk they said they would not charge my card the $75 for incidentals since we didn't stay and I was still charged.

This place is disgusting and misleading with AI generated photos. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Not staying here ever again.

Cons:

Pool and jacuzzi were nasty. No pool towels and chairs and lounge chairs were all broken. Shower was leaking the entire time. Room had a funky smell. Area was not good either a lot of homeless.

Horrible place to stay with my kids where there are hookers at the entrance and drugs and homeless in the parking garage

Everything it was dirty, you have to pay to park but can’t park in the garage cause there are homeless and drug deals going on in The parking garage, rooms were dirty and stains on everything, people doing drugs and smoking weed on the stairway to rooms right where there are signs that say smoke free
hotel. Rooms smelled like mildew.

I have stayed at this location before so decided to give it another try. The area was really scary but as the facility was under construction I decided maybe thats why it looked so bad. The male staff that checked us in was rude and preoccupied. The room was so dirty and gross. There was hair all over the walls and tub and floor. The carpets were stained and the hallways smelled and were dirty. We almost left but we couldn't book another room. Then the lady who checked us out was rude and shirt with us. I will jot be staying at another facility run by this company.

Cons:

The room was full of smoky smell. By the time we checked in it was already midnight. The access card given was continuously failing and had to go back and forth multiple times. When we informed about the smoke smell, the receptionist did not even care and simply said, all rooms are non smoke. And other thing is, that there was one big board to enter into hotel but there are no hotel sign boards even to find out where the reception is. It did not even meet the basic expectation of Cleanliness, access card functionality and non smoke rooms and better reception and little sign boards for the directions.

Pros:

The only positive things about this hotel is the mini fridge and microwave other then that this place was a nightmare. The toilet was absolutely horrific, and DID NOT MAKE IT WORK. I COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH. TOILET GOT CLOGGED ON THE FIRST FLUSH. SPOKE TO STAFF THEY SAID MAINTENANCE WOULD COME AND CAME BACK TO THE SAME SITUATION. EVERYTIME I WENT UP TO FRONT DESK TO TELL THEM I SPOKE TO THIS PERSON WHO WAS HERRE EARLIER NO ONE KNEW WHO IT WAS..LIKE THEY ARE SO DISCONNECTED THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO WORKS THERE. IT SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTE AND PISS TOGETHER. The location is convenient as it is within walking distance (BUT I WOULDN'T WALK THERES NO WALKING PATH LOL.. YOU'RE NEXT TO A FREEWAY) to lots of restaurants and shopping at the mall. Overall, I would NEVER stay there again, PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE. THEY HAVE NO CONSIDERATION, DIDNT EVEN WANT TO REFUND MY STAY.
