Cons:

It was confusing about the breakfast that was included with the room night.
I’ve been to Paris hotels, where you could have a nice breakfast with eggs included with the continental breakfast.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect—central and close to everything. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and I have no doubt that I will return in the future. Highly recommended!

Exceptional 5 star hotel, good value compared to others close by with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Decor in the whole hotel was beautiful. The staff at reception,concierge, cleaning service were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

We had wonderful holiday.
Pros:

Everything is perfect, especially the location. Couldn't find anything better. Also staff in the hotel is very professional and friendly! Good value for money

It was an excellant experience
Pros:

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ksenia, who works in the restaurant, for her care and attentiveness during breakfast service. It is such a pleasure to return to a hotel where people with kind hearts and genuine care for guests work.

Ksenia is truly welcoming and hospitable. Employees like her are a real treasure for the hotel.

The perfect way to celebrate the love I have for my life with Alia Jaghbir.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond for us on our 25th Anniversary! Flowers in the room, an upgraded Eifel Tower room ( I think this was also due to a flim being filmed in half the hotel , but still amazing!)

They didn't invite us to be in the movie ;)

Prima für einen Aufenthalt mitten in Paris!
Pros:

Klasse Lage. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Auf meine Frage, wurde ein Cocktail perfekt gemixt, der nicht auf der Karte zu finden war. Auch die Damen und Herren der Rezeption und die Concierges waren äußerst nett!
