We would stay at the Lord Elgin again.
Pros:

The location was convenient and felt safe in the area. The hotel common areas and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a family vacation and the staff were kind to my energetic children.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't really like was the AI support feature when I was trying to get a hold of the hotel after my stay. Once I reached the front desk they were able to quickly resolve my issue.
