Pros:

Location convenient. Walking distance to most things.

Cons:

Inconsistency in service. Some staff great and others mediocre. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping inconsistent. Forgot to make up our room once and also forgot to replace toilet paper.

Modern look, old plumbing.
Pros:

Well located and modern feel.

Cons:

Behind the renovated look is an old hotel, with pipes they are some of the loudest you can get. The toilet flushes and taps from rooms up and down at all hours made it less comfortable than it should have been.

Emplacement top à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt
Service de valet parking très efficace

Cons:

Équipements un peu vieillots dans notre chambre au 2etage. Bruits de rue très très présents (au point de vérifier si la fenêtre est bien fermée!). Bruits de salle d’eau (la chasse d’eau ressemble à un coup de tonnerre, m^me dans les chambres voisines!). Jour conséquente sous la porte laissant passer la lumière du couloir la nuit…des défauts indignes de la catégorie de cet hôtel. Accueil en anglais uniquement.

L’emplacement, la disponibilité et l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

La chambre un peu vétuste, une ventilation très bruyante empêchant son utilisation durant la nuit, l’isolation (on entend tout dans le couloir)
