The staff Anjali and Jayashree they are so sweet, kind and understanding. Their communication is awesome. The hotel hospitality is excellent too. The food, the service everything superb 5star .

My experience with Shivas Galaxy Hotel was amazing. The food was so good and service was impeccable. I’d recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be pleasant and smooth.

Mohammed Shoiab, Front Office Manager, led with professionalism and warmth. He ensured every detail was seamless and handled all requests with genuine care.

The reception staff - Parvathi, Aksa, Roshitha, Pawan Kumar, Irshad, and Raihan - were consistently courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Check-in and every interaction were smooth, friendly, and proactive.

I was also thoroughly impressed by the laundry and restaurant staff. The laundry service was prompt and meticulous, and the restaurant team delivered excellent food with attentive, gracious touch.

It’s rare to find such a consistently dedicated team. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone mentioned. They are a credit to your hotel.Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you all!

I want to highlight someone who made my experience more delighted Mr pravin manager of f&b, mr. Mukesh and team made my trip memorable as i was not well and requested for another meal they proactively put that effort to serve. Thank you for that empathetic nature of you all.

Everything was really good specially their staff they’re really sweet and approachable and food is also scrumptious it gives home vibe overall experience was really great. Keep up the good work☺️
