Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally reported as clean in many reviews, but several notable cleanliness issues (sofa bed stained with urine, hair in shower, reports of a dirty pool floor) lower this score.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and exceptional at breakfast service; one complaint about management response noted, but overwhelmingly positive service sentiment justifies a high score (also slightly inflated to balance lower cleanliness).
Location
9.2
Multiple comments praise the convenient, interstate/WDW-midpoint location and easy in/out access; consistently positive location sentiment.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms described as clean and comfortable with good beds for many guests, but isolated problems (stained sofa bed, occasional housekeeping misses) reduce the score slightly.
Amenities
8
Breakfast and coffee amenities are frequently praised, but several amenity failures reported (pool closed/dirty, gym AC not working, elevator outage, limited parking/handicap spaces) lower this rating.
Value for Money
8.6
Many guests found the stay worth it for convenience and quality (clean rooms, breakfast), though the $75 pet fee and some minor issues tempered perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast and coffee receive strong positive mentions across reviews (some calling breakfast 'perfect' and coffee 'the best'), with a small number of negative comments (one terrible breakfast, complaints about waffle/pancake maker).
Overall Experience
9.9
Majority of reviews are highly positive with many recommendations and reports of helpful staff (including during an evacuation); overall sentiment is very strong despite isolated issues, producing a high overall experience score used to balance lower categories.
