Overall great stay and would recommend this Hotel
Pros:

The staff were fantastic and very helpful
It was clean, Hot water/Shower - fantastic
It was fairly close to a train station
Great Smart TV

Cons:

A few more "western" options for breakfast. I was there for about a week and I enjoyed the Japenese cukture and food, but wanted better western food options towards the end.
Room as a little cramped, but managable.

Good staff, good location, clean, fast checkin and check out and the price holy moly ! That was soo cheap at this date (27 april 2026) !

Everything was very good, we didn't expect this quality for the price we have pay !

You have the train station just after 5min of walk 👌

羽田とのアクセスは便利
Pros:

駅まで近く羽田空港までも便利で、部屋が清潔できれいだった。

Cons:

朝食は普通のビジネスホテルと同じで特徴ない。評判が良いとされるクロワッサンも無かった。

This is excellent value for money. For short stays 2 to 3 nights it’s fine.
Pros:

For Tokyo it is a very inexpensive hotel with a short walk to Train station

Cons:

Due to it being inexpensive the rooms are small with no where to unpack your case (ie no drawers, shelves) other than a small rail with 6 clothes hangers.

Totally fair
Pros:

Perfect location if you gonna travel next day, really clean and comfortable beds

Cons:

The staff really poorly welcoming (reception) also next morning during breakfast (the same guy) was almost screaming that the breakfast time was over, really unnecessary
