Pros:

The breakfast was better than expected. We were told it was a continental breakfast, but ended up with sausage, eggs, & biscuits. It was easy to access from the highway.

The food was cold, but a microwave was available.

Pros:

The day shift desk manager was super sweet. She was super friendly at check-in and check-out. There was an issue that I reported to her, which the night shift desk manager didn't attempt to fix. She was apologetic and offered to correct the situation. We were finished with the business that brought us to town, so we didn't need the extra night we originally booked. She refunded the extra night along with a discount.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room did not work. The refrigerator leaked. There was a towel in there to try to collect the water. The towel was completely soaked so it is unknown at how fast the refrigerator was leaking. The faucet in the bathroom sink was super loose and the drain was clogged. I reported all this to the evening shift desk manager. He did not try to offer a new room. He simply said "ok, I'll let them know."

La ubicación a mi destino era muy cercana

Que no especifica que si llevas mascotas es un precio adicional al hacer tu reserva por lo q ya estando en el alojamiento pague 40 dlls más por lo q la suma de todo fue de 219 y la calidad del lugar no es tan perfecta como para ese precio, el desayuno no es tan rico y al acabarse algún producto ya no lo rellenan, tambien tuvimos problemas con la TV no podíamos acceder a los canales, y la persona q estaba en la recepción tenía muy mal carácter nos contestó siempre de mala gana, lo recomendé a varias personas ya que asistimos a una boda y me arrepiento de averlo echo, también las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas por ese precio
