Excellent location, comfortable mattress ! Everything is convenient ! Most of all, we had the best welcome, the people working in the Crown are the bests !
There is nothing to worth a word. If you are tired is a place to sleep … only
Room was as small as a closet with a small window on the upper side of the wall resembling a cell! Communication was incomplete as I had to call by phone to remembered them that they forgot to send check-in instructions …. at 1 a.m.!
- Water filter (Cold/Hot) in lobby with Tea and apples available.
- The cat was fun to hang around with
- Location to Central Station and FEBO
- Early check in was helpful as we arrived quite early on the day of check in.
- Shower was terrible, it would fall off the wall if you tried to adjust it. The shower practically sprayed straight onto the toilet seat directly. Unhygienic.
- Airflow was close to 0, they did supply a fan which helped a little but it was a tough sleep on a very hot day.
- 4 Adults is very crammed, it will work for a short stay, but not recommended if you are seeking a comfortable room.

The location was good
It was really really dirty, the bedding was not clean. we had concerns of bedbugs due to the stains on the bed. It was really hot (was a heat wave) room did have a fan. We paid far too much for a room that bad

The room was uncomfortable. I suggested the receptionist to spray the bed because something bites me., I don't know if we're a fleas on the bed, but my body was getting allergies for both nights. They cjange the linens but i still have the itchy. I don't have any complaints with pets, but it was a beautiful cat at the property.

Fantastic location and helpful front desk staff made our stay a positive one. When the airline lost our luggage, the front desk gentleman corresponded with the airline for us and delivered our bags to our room upon arrival. The steep set of stairs (no elevator) was a challenge for us but the staff was always willing to help with heavy bags. Loved that we had complimentary coffee, filtered water and apples available and the small refrigerator in the lobby was there for us to store sodas and beers.
The rooms are small — just a bed and 2 nite stands, no AC (but fan was good) and a small bath with shower - more like a motel room. Price was expensive!
Location is great, right in the middle of central Amsterdam and close to the station.
Noisy, room was extremely small, dangerous stairs, not practical with luggage
