I say its good
Pros:

So, when i just booked this hotel i didn’t read the reviews but judged the photos. And i got scared for a second because many reviews said many manu bad things. So heres my breakdown:
1. People complained that it gets really busy and the jacuzzis are full. Not true - its actually pretty chill and quiet most of the times + bonus point for staff prohibiting to reserve sunbeds near the pool which i also have seen complaints about.
2. The buffet food. There is plenty of options, both cold and hot, good selection of fruits and desserts + bonus point for fizz at breakfast.
3. The bathrooms leak into hallway. Yup, thats right but thats mostly structural issue that does not gwt fixed in a day but the cleaning staff is happy to change your towels daily if you use them as mats (what we did).
4. Staff was absolutely wonderful, always there to help. probably people who say that are even ruder than the staff was to them.
5. Parking. There may not be enough parking space in evenings, i believe the hotel should try to expand the lot a little, it would be helpful. But there wasn’t a time during our stay that we couldn’t park our car.
Overall, i loved our stay, would probably come back and reccomend if someone asked for advice. Thanks to everyone who made our stay a little better

Pros:

Our room was lovely the bathroom size was amazing. Our view was excellent we were on the 9th floor. Top floor was fabulous with hot tubs and bali beds. Good variety of food for breakfast.

Cons:

Would have liked toiletries e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds,facial pads etc for a four star hotel. would have liked some yogurts for breakfast ( or did I not find them?)
