Vacances inoubliables
Pros:

Le lieu, la chambre donnant sur l'océan, le confort et la qualité des équipements, la propreté ainsi que l'ambiance chaleureuse de l'hôtel qui est à taille humaine. Nous n'oublierons pas la restauration qui était exceptionnellement bonne que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner avec la qualité et la variété des repas en étant peu gras et peu sucrés jusqu'au gâteaux... ! Emplacement idéal à Puerto de la Cruz mais il faut être en forme et aimer la marche pour monter et descendre jusqu'au centre ville. Nous recommandons totalement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons !

Rien sauf le wifi un peu faible dans la chambre.

Le manque de place de parking au alentours a été souvent très compliqué contenu des nombreuses activités à découvrir sur cette îles magnifique, le retour à l’hôtel en état de fatigue en plus de devoir trouver une place à 10-15 min de marche de l’hôtel à été fortement agacent.

El personal y la tranquilidad del hotel..Bonitas vistas desde la habitacion.Ausencia total de ruidos externos.

La ducha.Se salia el agua por todo el suelo y la escasa luz en el.baño para maquillarte.

Super Aussicht - leider etwas laut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und ist direkt in die Klippen gebaut. Dafür hat man zwar einen etwas weiteren Weg nach unten in die Stadt, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Zimmer haben einen unglaublichen Ausblick und einen schönen Balkon, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viele leckere Getränke und Speisen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer zum Treppenhaus sehr hellhörig und am Wochenende waren die Musik, die Leute und das Rücken von Stühlen etc. von der Dachterrasse gut zu hören (Wir waren im 9. Stock direkt unter der Dachterrasse). Zudem stehen zwar kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung, allerdings haben diese aber nicht für alle Gäste ausgereicht. Daher mussten wir an einem Abend ca. 1 km entfernt vom Hotel parken.

Hotel fantastico, servizi presenti e puliti, camere confortevoli e vivibili. Ciliegina sulla torta: una vista incredibile che ti sveglia la mattina e ti accompagna per tutta la giornata durante colazione, in zona relax sul rooftop, durante l'aperitivo, e anche a cena. Tornerò sicuramente.
