Pros:

We had an amazing stay and everything was perfect. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the restaurant staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was spotlessly clean every single day thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team.

We honestly didn't experience any of the negative things mentioned in some other reviews. The shower drain worked perfectly, and we never had to wait more than two minutes for the elevator. We were also lucky with parking, we only had to park away from the hotel once, and even then it was only about a 3-minute walk.

Overall, we had a true five-star experience. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

La douche est très mal faites cela coule de partout et le personnel du spa n’est pas très agréable, nous avons aussi de très fine cloison ce qui fait qu’on entend tout et pour finir le déjeuner et infâme

Любимый отель на Тенерифе. Это была наша третья поездка в этот отель и планируем еще вернуться еще. Лучший завтрак - много фруктов, фрэши и игристое вино. Из каждого номера - потрясающий вид из окна. В этот раз у нас был низкий этаж , но вид тоже был прекрасен, хотя высокий этаж нравится больше. Еще очень нравится бар на крыше с джакузи , где приятно проводить время утром и на закате

Tout était parfait !

L’emplacement était parfait, notre chambre était très bien placée au 9eme étage. Les équipements, la chambre et les locaux sont propre, jolie et bien conçu

Le stationnement peut être difficile si ont rentre tard à m hôtels le soir

It could have been better if they look after the customer better.
Pros:

The room is spacious , clean and with great view

Cons:

It is noisy, they start cleaning the corridors at 8am.
The staff is trying to finish early to leave, they even closed the bar half an hour before to clean and collect.
No towels in gym and very warm.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié de passer 4 jours/nuits dans cet établissement. Super service à la clientèle. Personnel compétant, aimables et souriant. Les buffets du déjeuner et du dîner étaient variés et chaque soir une proposition culinaire d'un pays différent. Grande chambre confortable avec vue sur l'océan à couper le souffle. Et la carte pour les apéro..... Un régal gustatif et un bonheur visuel.
