Pros:

Perfect view from the room, swimming pool and very friendly staff at breakfast and cleaning team. It was easy to find a parking spot

Cons:

Wifi never works, sometimes the room smells like cigarettes either from ventilation or neighbors not sure. Very long wait for the elevators. The drainage in the bathroom could be improved.

Très bel hôtel, personnel pour requête à revoir
Pros:

La chambre est vraiment sublime, vue sur mer. Les équipements proposées dans les chambres sont complets (frigo, machine à café, bouilloire, …). Le service ménage est très compétent. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment délicieux, avec un large choix de produits frais (excepté les fruits qui sont pour la plupart des fruits en boîtes, ce que je trouve dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité).

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de parking à proximité, difficulté de se garer même aux alentours car petites routes avec de nombreux hôtels et maisons d’habitations. Être attentifs aux prix qui sont très variable d’une semaine à l’autre sur cet établissement (j’ai payé 100€ plus cher la semaine et quelques jours après elle était à 100€ de moins), malgré une demande d’un geste commercial, aucun geste proposé et personne très hautaine et désagréable par message. Cela gâche un peu l’image que nous pouvons nous faire de ce genre d’établissement.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel! The room was very nice and had a perfect ocean view. The hotel is located in a calm area, the breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of food, and the staff were kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar with a jacuzzi. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a challenge every evening since the hotel doesn’t guarantee spaces, but considering the overall experience, this felt like a relatively minor drawback.

Pros:

Unfortunately nothing

Cons:

Room very basic, no shampoo or conditioner, no access to streaming channels, extremely thin towels. Extras for everything from pool towels (necessary) to paying to use the safe. Staff were unpleasant. Very loud music from bar on top floor until well into the night, then chairs being moved around which started again around 7am, along with maids banging and shouting in the outside corridors. Glad we were only there one night.

Pros:

L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : une magnifique vue sur la mer et à seulement 5 minutes à pied du jardin botanique. La chambre était grande, confortable et disposait d'un super balcon. Mention spéciale pour les équipements : la piscine au rez-de-chaussée et l'espace rooftop avec jacuzzi et bar sont top. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et il y a du choix. Enfin, un grand merci au personnel qui est très sympa et accueillant !

Our second stay so we knew what to expect but it could be even better.
Pros:

Adults only.
Very good food.
Great size room.
Vertigo roof bar.

Cons:

No real hotel lounge and when weather is poor roof bar is only partly open.
Also loud music on the roof is constant so nowhere to relax quietly.
