Needs as always the front desk staff is superior stunning all of them are excellent. It’s clean perfect in every way just this last day one little thing in the refrigerator kept freezing but I didn’t want to bother so I just want to mention it. I should’ve mentioned it when I checked out I couldn’t kept freezing everything so perhaps you might want to take a check other than that. Everything is perfection as always thank you so very much kindly Sally Catalana.

Great
Pros:

I have stayed here so many times since I moved from Mill vally and every time I come back I stay here because it’s so convenient location is perfection and most of all I love the stuff, especially young man in the front. I kept thinking of his name but he’s superb.

Cons:

Everything was excellent just this one time the room I stayed in the refrigerator kept freezing. I should’ve pointed it out but I didn’t so I am now other than that. Everything is always fine. Loved it as always thank you kindly Sally Catalana.

Location is the ONLY positve - a dirty, dumpy, and disgusting place

Realising that at the price point, I did not expect luxury but did expect things to be in working order and cleanliness but did not experience either. At checkin, first room - the toilet seat was falling off, second room- holes in window screens, only two electrical outlet (only top socket worked of the two, blown out light bulbs, lamps didn't work, television didn't work - final room was dirty and smelled of wet dog but was exhausted with changing out rooms so just took it - will NEVER stay there again -if I were to rate this facility it would be 1.5 out of 5

Pros:

The price match was a great value. I was very surprised with how nice the room was. I was expecting a lot less. And, although I didn’t use the mini fridge, I was impressed with the size!!

I mentioned to the gal at the front desk upon check that I see they had little balconies. She was so sweet to offer me the best one with a view!!

I will say, I never do surveys unless the service, location wow’s me.

Thanks for a lovely stay!!

I don't recommend or book this place again.
Pros:

Its location is convenient. Staff is friendly. No breakfast

Cons:

But the facility doesn't have basis amenities like, drinking water, hot water. mini fridge etc. The room is very small with old fixtures etc.

The location was good. They where helpful if you needed it

Cons:

I Always need toilet paper they never put more also only one pillow per person that k but they where thin. The last day our room never got cleaned . I asked for towels and they said I only have 2 . No wash towels or shampoo or soap which would of been nice before going to airport at 11 at night. Employees where nice just didn't do

Gute, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Von Sausalito mit der Fähre für 9$ nach San Francisco

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, direkt an Autobahn. Aber einigermassen gut isolierte Fenster, trotzdem viel Autolärm
