Great location,great staff, value not there for what’s expected
Pros:

The location was great, very central very close and the staff was more than welcoming

Cons:

I was surprised to find that the rooms were not equipped with a microwave, especially the Family Suites-which is very crucial these days-even the most economical hotels have this amenity… Also, the rooms are not stocked properly for the amount of guests they hold… Very minimal supplies are available.

Loved my stay !
Pros:

It was a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend and I will be going back there if I ever stay in Orlando. The breakfast was decent and the room very clean . Staff was very nice too

The hotel is nice, but there are a lot of hidden fees once you arrive

Great location, the staff was nice, the room was clean.

Cons:

Lots of hidden fees. 25 dollars per day for “resort fee”. Paid for breakfast in advance, but there was a big suggested tip every day. Parking was like another 25 dollars per night

Pros:

I love the pool area. And how our room was right at the pool right at the entrance. The room was very clean. I would book againfor thew family.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact I asked was there any additional charged and i was told no. But at arrival i was charged a $100 deposit and $50 a night for resort fee for parking etc.

convenient and comfortable here
Pros:

We stayed her because it's near Disney property. As a matter of fact, this is a Disney Neighbor hotel. They do have a bus company that takes you to the various parks. Tips for the driver is highly hinted.

The hotel staff is top notch! I've sent packages there ahead of my stay. One of them was misplaced, both front desk staff Louis & security staff Evon helped me looked and looked. And it was late in the evening, they still have great attitude and willing to assist. Really appreciated them. ( and yes they found it later).

The value for the room is great. The location is a few mins from Disney Springs, if you want to walk it's about 30 mins. We Uber over to the the various parks and if you go off-peak time, it cost about $10-17. So between the room rate and fee for uber, it's still cheaper than staying on Disney Property. Worth staying here.

The only complaint I have is the hat water for the sink. It took a long time to warm up, and I feel like I'm wasting water to get to my warm water. Also, housekeeping was a little too eager and threw out my shopping bags and cookie (untouched). That was not cool.

Hotel restaurant and bar both have all the food you want. But if you want to eat something else, there are lots of places walkable for less than 5 mins to get there.

I feel fleeced out if $25 extra like I was pickpocketed.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The lobby area outside of the elevator was HOT as if the air conditioning was broken. I had to pay 25 plus taxes to park my car in their horrible parking lot that had a good portion blocked off for their $35 valet parking option. I only stayed there from midnight to 8AM. What a ripoff gouge my wallet cash grab. How the hell am I supposed to get there without a car? It should be included in the cost to stay there and offer a discount of you don’t need parking be to hadn’t planned on the additional charge and it was enough to make me remember.

Stealing housekeepers! Platinum Elite Beware!!!

So perfect of a stay until the end. We left our sons new swimsuit on AC dryer vent - and immediately sought to get it back in lobby. We were told we had to leave an online report despite just departing … so went through their process and even extended our time in Orlando just to get the suit set back... and the suit was never retrieved. The cleaning woman must have seen it and stole it for her own kids or grandkids. It was literally only thing we left behind last minute. Completely dishonest housekeeper (1st room on north side of 4th floor). This is how they treat top tier bonvoy members here.
