Las instalaciones con vista al mar. Tiene piscina, playa y un bar en la misma playa, el personal muy atento, bien ubicado y volveremos!!!

Endroit de rêve
Pros:

Accueil dès le ferry et ensuite, on nous a attribué la chambre rapidement.
Le lit est très confortable et il y avait beaucoup de serviettes disponibles.
La vue est magnifique !!
Le responsable nous a aidé à organiser une visite des îles environnantes.
Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons : oeufs, toasts, fruits et mini-muffin. Excellent café servi dans un thermos qui nous donne plusieurs tasses.
Tout était excellent.

La vista desde la habitación y en general desde cualquiera lugar del hotel la vista es espectacular.
La playa muy bonita y limpia, hacer snorkeling al rededor de las piedras, muy bonito!

Pros:

Todo, el personal súper atento y acogedor.
Nos trataron súper bien desde el primer momento.
La comida muy buena, la ubicación perfecta frente a una de las mejores playas de la isla, nos desplazaron a los sitios que necesitamos.
Sin duda volvería a repetir y recomiendo 100%.

Wirklich eine tolle Lage mit direktem Strandzugang über steile Treppen.
Die Aussicht vom Pool und unserem Zimmer auf das Meer war ebenfalls sehr sehr schön.
Das Personal war nett und das Frühstück Basic, aber lecker: 2 Toasts, 2 Spiegeleier, etwas Käse, ein kleiner Muffin, Kaffee und etwas Obst.
Bei Interesse gab es Schnorchelzeug, SUPs und ein Kayak zur freien Verfügung.
Am Strand gab es Liegen (ohne Polster) und Sonnenschirme.

Cons:

Wie auch in anderen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben, ist die Unterkunft leider nicht in bestem Zustand:
Der Pool hat sehr viele Algen und es schwimmen sehr viele tote Insekten und Laub im Wasser.
Die Zimmer könnten durchaus mal wieder etwas frische Farbe vertragen und speziell das Bad eine Tiefenreinigung, um den krassen Kalk an sämtlichen Amateuren zu entfernen.
Die Lampen neben dem Bett hingen mehr am Kabel als an der Halterung und insgesamt funktionierten nur wenige Lichter überhaupt. Von den vieren am Ventilator zum Beispiel keine :D.
Uns hat es jetzt nicht besonders gestört, aber ich denke es ist gut zu wissen, was einen erwarten könnte.
Mit etwas Mühe wäre sehr viel mehr Potential für eine wirklich sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft.

En comparación a las fotos, falta mantenimiento en sus instalaciones ya que el lugar es muy bonito

la playa si es verdaderamente hermosa.

Cons:

Aquí hay varias cosas para tener encuenta, nadie te pide documentos al llegar solo le muestran las habitaciones y tú mismo haces todo, solo 1 menú de desayuno, vinimos en grupo, las 2 primeras habitaciones están muy bonitas recién remodeladas pero las grandes frente a la piscina tienen muchas cosas deterioradas necesitan mantenimiento, como baños parte de la cocina de la habitacion grande piscina etc… en general el lugar es muy bonito pero necesita amor y mantenimiento en sus instalaciones y agregar personal porque si necesitas algo no encuentras a nadie.

El personal era muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. La piscina es conveniente y agradable

Cons:

Las instalaciones no tenían nada que ver con el precio. En la habitación se dañó el aire acondicionado, el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba, estaba helada o hirviendo, sin punto medio, todo estaba deteriorado y el precio era de un hotel 5 estrellas. No había disponibilidad de almuerzo o cena en el hotel e íbamos con una niña de 3 años.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

My family and I loved our stay at Villa Condesa Del Mar. It felt like a mixture of staying in a private villa, friends house and hotel. The staff was very attentive to all our needs and the area was beautiful

Es un sitio muy bien ubicado, el personal es atento y esta muy capacitado para darte asistencia y ayudarte con cualquier cosa.

No es que no me gustó, es parte del progreso la parte inferior esta en obras (acceso a playa) creo que una vez este culminada será espectacular.

Wonderful island trip
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at villa condesa. We loved the pool terrace and the fact the property has direct beach access. The loungers and umbrellas at the beach were nice. Food and services both excellent. Staff super helpful and accommodating made us feel very welcome. Excellent stay

Cons:

We only booked one night and wish we had booked two. They were already fully booked for the following day so we couldn’t extend but we would book 2-3 in the future to fully relax and enjoy the island life.

Para llegar hay q pagar un ferry q cuesta 100$. No se hizo responsable ni ofreció solución. Sobrevendió el lugar y como no le convenía la tarifa de booking canceló.

the island is very quaint and picturesque like something from a postcard. Attention from staff is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite amenities and dining. We will return again. Thanks to the Condesa team for making our stay so lovely.
