Couldn’t stay there. Place was a disaster area. Bookings.com will never be used again
Pros:

This was the first and the last time we use bookings.com. We had to change hotels. The descriptions on your site were nothing but fluff given the construction going on. Fortunately the front desk worker had a little compassion for the situation and helped us book a replacement hotel down the street which was fantastic.

Cons:

Close your doors. You’re not doing it right.

It was very clean, ac worked well, staff was nice and helpful. Location was perfect for he beach and activities.

Either the pipes were loud when water was running or their was construction going on..thats how loud it sounded.

Coming back next year!
Pros:

This is a great hotel. The property is very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to The Back Porch restaurant and the beach.The beds are so comfortable, the staff is wonderful. This was the best hotel stay we've had. We stayed for 5 great days. We will definitely come back next year!

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing to not like.

Great staff and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Nice ocean view from my room . The manager Michael was so helpful. I was traveling with my dog by myself and several things fell off my luggage cart. He carried them up to the room for me. He was so helpful.

Cons:

Nothing but I was very disappointed about the no dogs on the beach rule. The hotel was great but I’ve never been to such non friendly dog community. I drove 9 hours from Jupiter and the last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car to find a dog friendly area. Beaches were beautiful but I will never go to Destin again.
