Royal Wing Suites & Spa Pattaya

It was our 18th stay since 2011. We always spend the happiest time at the Royal Wing. Everything perfectly welcomes us back to our another home. Everybody remembers us as well as our preferences for the suite, poolside bed, breakfast menu and so on. We don't need to tell our likes upon each stay.
This time, we spent 8 nights there. But it's still not enough. We want to live there. A stay for 3 or 4 nights is too short to enjoy the ultimate service fully. Most of the time during our stay, we stayed by the poolside or in the suite, including at dinner time. We didn't want to leave the resort for amusements and meals. We want to stay in the Royal Wing as much as possible.
It will be a year until our next stay. This is our biggest problem in our life. We wish we could live there. The only one issue is the strong Thai Baht. The price of the suite hasn't changed since 2011, but Thai Baht became twice against Japanese yen^^;

We recently spent 3 nights at the Royal Wings Suites and had the most excellent experience. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful views, a relaxing pool area and outstanding food. The service was second to none - every staff member made us feel cared for and comfortable. Peter looked after us during breakfast and lunch, while Tassanee ensured our sunbeds were ready for us each morning when we arrived at the pool, and our drinks were on hand whenever we wanted them. Shout-outs too for Nathakan & Atthiphan, who also provided impeccable service. The manager, Thibault regularly checked to ensure we had everything we required and were enjoying our stay. The hotel is perfectly located - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, yet close enough to easily explore. I would wholeheartedly recommend Royal Wings for a luxurious, relaxing stay, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for making this an unforgettable experience.

We just completed our fifth or sixth stay at RWS, and already look forward to our next stay. We have enjoyed many luxury holidays but no hotel provides the same level of service quality, refreshed accommodation and personal charm. The large free-form pool is the finest we have experienced. The rooms and exterior have been repainted, the rugs renewed in a different palette but most importantly the RWS team remain the same. It is remarkable to find a large hotel that is able to retain excellent staff, in all the front and back of house teams. They are the reason for the quality of RWS service: efficient, prompt, personable, and always offered with traditional Thai charm. You drive from the bustle of Pattaya into the expansive Royal Cliff Resort, coming to Royal Wing Suites and Spa. It presents as bold and contemporary. You enter a spacious and timeless grand Thai themed lobby. Ratchanee and Matheson greet you with genuine warmth as you check into the hotel. You are escorted to your suite. Every part of the hotel is immaculate. The rooms feel so clean. Every part of the complex is equally clean and tidy. "A" and Thon lead an attentive Pool Butler team. Peter is delightfully charming and hospitable at the Terrace and Le Ronde restaurants. Thibault, the hotel Manager, checks in daily to ensure you are enjoying your stay. It is no wonder that some guests stay for weeks and even months. And why we look forward to our next stay!

This is like vacation home to us, clean and nice room, good view, good foods and excellent services. We would like to give special thanks to staffs: Khun Tassanee and team at breakfast and pool side, Khun Mameaw from reservation, all staff at reception, Sunset bar team and Brian and Breezeo team. You all are very excellent.

For me this is the benchmark by which all other hotels should be measured. The very finest service and hospitality that I have seen anywhere on my travels. Well done!

✨ A Truly Memorable Stay at Royal Wing Suites & Spa Pattaya (Royal Wing Building) ✨

I stayed here from October 9–12, 2025 (3 nights, 4 days), and this trip meant so much to me because I chose to come back and celebrate my birthday here again 🎂Yes, this wasn’t my first stay. It was a return visit because the memories from before have always stayed with me.

From the very first moment I arrived, I felt the same warmth as always. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It truly felt like coming back to a place that remembers you.

I would like to sincerely thank the front office team, including Sitthikorn, Aiyakarn, Suchart, Mathusorn, Ratchanee, and Dominador, for their warm welcome and seamless service throughout my stay.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the housekeeping team, including Bualoy, Paweena, Baisri, Supinya, Apasara, and Suthida, for keeping everything spotless and making the room feel comfortable and perfect every single day.

I would also like to express my appreciation to the poolside security team, including Tassanee, Nathakarn, Chainarong, Kanpanod, Sirima, Thanadda, Itthiphon, Sakorn, and Peter, for taking such great care of guests, ensuring safety, and always being attentive and helpful around the pool area.

The most unforgettable moment was the birthday surprise 🥹The team prepared a cake and came together to sing Happy Birthday. It was such a simple gesture, yet incredibly meaningful and touching, and it made my birthday feel truly special.

I also had the chance to take a tour around the property, visiting other buildings and exploring different room types. It was a unique experience that made me appreciate even more how beautiful and thoughtfully designed this hotel is in every corner.

My suite in the Royal Wing building was, once again, absolutely perfect. It was spacious, elegant, and offered a breathtaking sea view that I could never get tired of. Simply sitting and looking out at the ocean brought a deep sense of peace and happiness.

💙 This place is not just a hotel. It is a place filled with beautiful memories and genuine care.

And it will definitely not be my last visit. I will return here every time I come back to Thailand ✨

We visited for the Dining By the Sea occasion - a truly magical experience, private dinner on the beach overlooking a beautiful sea. Truly unforgettable - the food was fantastic and the staff were so attentive. In particular Peter went to a great effort to make sure we had a wonderful time and that we enjoyed the meal. Food was fantastic and dietary requirements were fully catered for. Would happily visit again and recommend to anyone!

This is the restaurant with the most beautiful view I’ve ever been to in Pattaya. The atmosphere is great and peaceful, and the staff provides excellent service—they remembered what I ordered even though I don’t go there often. The food is delicious as well.
The prices are reasonable for the quality and the stunning view, so I think it offers great value for money. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. The noise level is low and comfortable, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal with friends.

They say better late than never!
The place has a style and level of service befitting one of the leading hotels of the world.
I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting quite a few and can only say that this level of service is by far one of the best!!
Attention to detail in every aspect is at its best
When you return for the umpteenth time it’s usually because you feel welcome and recognised.
To this end I can say I would be proud to call it my second home. This is highlighted by the teams senior manager Thibault Sellier who can only be described as Professional and personable.
