The code we were supplied did not open the lock box. There was an operator to call that opened it for us remotely.

After our initial issues we enjoyed our stay. The location by the water was very nice because we had a lake view.
Pros:

Poor internet! After arriving and getting into our suite we tried to use the TV and Internet but neither worked. We sent a message and the building manager couldn’t get it to work either. We ended up moving to a different suite.

Very clean and had a good rest. Will recommend
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was really hot and good pressure. The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons:

Very little counter space in bathroom. Chairs with table were a bit uncomfortable
