Pros:

Very quiet, clean and comfortable and the location is beautiful

Cons:

Too much automation just a bit confusing. Need to repair the toilet. Getting a response to our request for additional towels and bathroom products was clumsy.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Location and views from the hotel are exceptional. Very roomy and well equipped. Close to some great places to eat and good lakeside walks.

Cons:

A bit noisy. The trains seemed to be blowing their horns all night. The A/C was too loud and people upstairs could be heard when moving about. Coffee machine didn’t work.
