Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and feels brand new. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel.

The hotel promotes itself as dog-friendly, but in reality, only certain room categories are available for guests traveling with dogs. In my opinion, if a hotel welcomes pets, it should also carefully consider the placement of those rooms. Our room was located so far from the nearest outdoor area that every walk with our dog required passing through two separate buildings and taking two elevators. This was quite inconvenient, especially when we needed to get outside quickly to avoid accidents in the corridors.

It would also be a great addition if the hotel provided basic pet amenities in dog-friendly rooms, such as food and water bowls and a “Dog in Room” door sign for housekeeping.

Another disappointment was the inconsistency in the hotel’s pet policy. During check-in, we were informed that dogs were allowed in all outdoor areas of the property. However, when we walked to the pool area, we were asked to leave because dogs were not permitted there. The staff explained that we had been given incorrect information at check-in, which was frustrating and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication.

There were also a few small maintenance and service issues that I wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel. The shower leaked badly, and water reached all the way into the entrance area of the room. There was no soap dish in the bathroom, and complimentary bottled water was only replenished after we specifically requested it.

Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has great potential, and with a few improvements—particularly regarding its pet-friendly concept and attention to detail—it could provide an even better guest experience.

חדרים גדולים ונעימים, מלון רחב ידיים (לא מרגיש עמוס גם בשיא הקיץ), בריכה גדולה ויפה.
ארוחת בוקר מצוינת עם מבחר גדול. שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד, בין היתר כל יום תקבלו שוקולד אישי ובקבוקי מים של אוויאן לחדר.
מה שרואים בתמונות זה מה שמקבלים והתמונות יפות מאוד.
לגבי ארוחת ערב - אכלנו במסעדה האיטלקית והיוונית/דגים והכל היה לטעמנו.
באופן כללי, ניכר ששמים שם לב לפרטים הקטנים הן בעיצוב החדר והשטחים הציבוריים והן בשירות האנושי.

הסיבה היחידה שזה לא ציון 10 זה העובדה שהזמנו ארוחת בוקר וערב ובשום מקום לא צוין שארוחת ערב משמעה תקציב של 65 יורו לאדם ללילה לאחת מ-3 המסעדות של המלון (איטלקי, יפני או יווני/דגים). בסך הכל התקציב הזה כן יכול להספיק לארוחה לאדם בחלק מהמקרים אבל מאחר וזה לא היה ברור כלל בעת ההזמנה זה קצת מעצבן שצריך להוסיף בסוף עוד קצת כסף על זה.
שתייה לא נכללת בתקציב הזה והיא בתשלום נוסף.

Perfect and peaceful stay!
Pros:

Everything was perfect during our stay! The hotel is very big, but feels very quiet and peaceful.
The room was big and very nicely designed, with a big balcony with a sea view. The pool area is always clean and the staff is efficient. We ate at the Mediterranean and Italian restaurant, the food was nice, not exceptional, but tasty and nicely served.
The beach area is very nice, I will recommend.
For people travelling with small kids, I don't find this hotel being kids friendly, you feel that people are looking for some quiet time, and I haven't noticed any activities for kids like in other all inclusive hotels.

Cons:

We took half board and it wasn't clear why drinks are not included in half board.. ( for dinner)

We Loved It So Much, We Extended Our Stay
Pros:

This is genuinely one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional throughout our visit. Every member of staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed.

The architecture and design of the resort are beautiful and clearly thought through down to the smallest details. Everything feels spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean, with stunning views almost everywhere you look. Our room was very large, beautifully designed, and just as carefully planned as the rest of the property.

Although the hotel is in a slightly remote location, there are so many activities and facilities available that we never felt the need to leave. We originally booked four nights but enjoyed the resort so much that we extended our stay to five. During the entire stay, we did not leave the hotel grounds even once.

The property is also large enough that it never felt crowded, despite visiting in the middle of July. At one point, we even had the spa completely to ourselves for several hours.

A special mention must go to the patisserie, which was absolutely delicious. It also offered genuinely good vegan options, rather than treating them as an afterthought. The hotel generally seemed very considerate of guests with allergies and dietary restrictions, including gluten intolerance and other sensitivities, which was a major plus.

Cons:

With the exception of the patisserie, the food did not match the quality of the resort or the very high prices. We tried every restaurant twice, pool, and beach options, but the quality remained inconsistent. For example, some dishes were overly oily especially the breakfast eggs, the meat felt low quality for the price, pasta sauces were too watery, avocado sometimes was served unripe, and the fish did not always seem fresh.

Since the resort is remote and there are few alternatives nearby, it became frustrating to find something we genuinely enjoyed inside the resort. The club sandwich was the only dish we consistently liked.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. my husband and I both got food poisoning from it and the dinner restaurants the food was tasty, but not worth the high price.
