Convenient location with easy check-in and out in Prague
Pros:

Very convenient location. Appreciated that there was a receptionist at the front desk during most hours, which made check-in/out easy. Room was similar to online and matched my expectations.

Disappointing. Really hot rooms without air condition in spring/summer, lots of stairs.
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to shops and attractions. Restaurants and cafes within close proximity.

Cons:

Beware that some rooms are air conditioned and some isn't. They have not done a good job of advising which rooms is air-conditioned on Booking.com so you may be unlucky like us and many others and land one without air condition.

Given Prague can be hot during spring/summer, a fan is barely enough. This had ruined our sleep. The reception staffs were unfazed to even try and check if there could be other rooms that we could move to.

Stairs from the moment you step in to the reception. Stairs when you need to access the lifts. If you come with a heavy luggage bag, beware - would not recommend especially to the elderly

La struttura si trova in un bellissimo quartiere,a un passo dalla piazza dell'orologio e da uno dei ponti che collegano al castello. La hall è accogliente,ampia e pulita. Camera perfetta,la nostra era al terzo piano,con bell'affaccio sulla strada,silenziosa,di cui metto foto. Biancheria pulitissima e refill quotidiano di capsule x il caffè. Letto morbido,ma per me comodo

I chose this hotel because it is 4 stars and because pretty good reviews.
My bad - I haven't paid attention that in economic plus room there is no air conditioner, only a fan.
Matras is super soft and extremely not comfortable, sheets look like it has been washed a thousand time and there was no blanket.
Now imagine this: you are dead tired from you journey, finally you made it to your room, you are dreaming of hot shower, open the tap and... There is no hot water.
And you only wonder, why the made in the front desk hadn't mentioned that boiler is being fixed right now.
It was the last drop and we checked out 20 min after check in.

I strongly do not recommend at least this room. There is still hope for 4 stars room in this hotel.
