Nothing...I left because they wanted a deposit, a separate pet fees and also 10 bucks for each car parked at property...its not even by anything, so is thete a problem parking in the huge parking lot that I'm not aware of? The fees are outrageous, so I went up the street to the best western, lower prices...nicer property and no hidden fees I
