Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. The rooms tv power did not work and would cut off the tv some

Cons:

Second day of stay there was fecal mater in the hallway that was not cleaned till ten o clock due to housekeeping not being in till then I first noticed it at 7 when I went down for the breakfast

Pros:

Room was big and comfortable. Well insulated and pillow were nice. Loved the shower -- plenty of pressure and hot water!

Cons:

Bed was very firm, breakfast was minimal.

The elevator and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and weed, I could smell the weed coming in thru my bathroom vent. There was also people smoking outside right next the sign that said no smoking, homeless people sitting on the side walk of the hotel and around the hotel.

Pros:

Beds were ok.

Cons:

Needs maintenance. Shower curtain rod was nearly falling off. Plumbing in shower looked like it was put together by a first-time DIY’er. Leaked all over and was coming out of the wall. Someone’s dog peed by the elevator and wasn’t cleaned up all night. Elevator floor had a pickle on the floor- smeared food on the floor.

Not much fun.
Cons:

Having to pay a $10 fee to park in the parking lot and not have our car towed. Having homeless people in parking lot hassling guests, and one ran in pulled the fire alarm while we were checking in. The shower curtain rod bent so the curtain slid to the center. Not enough shampoo. Smokers outside our room so their smoke came in through the heater. the Waffle iron timer didn't work. Loud voices in the hallway until 2:;00am. Someone dropping glass that broke all over the hallway and very noisy to sweep up.

I would not rec come do this hotel due to location and felt it was t the safest place to stay

Appears their customers are transients. Possible location where they come in off the streets The deadbolt to our door did not work looked like it was badly repaired. We requested a different room
