The host and the staff were completely amazing. Special thanks to Christine and her team. The communication and attention to detail was top notch. The place also has an amazing garden with a gracious aura, where you can relax and/or work.

Christine and Rose were amazing hosts! Rose cooked breakfast for my daughters on the first day. She was always around if we had any questions. Christine would check in on us to every few days. Even calling and showing up in person when an issue arose.
-The house and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. It's great to take pictures and sit outside.
- It was nice to have hot water in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.
- Rose cleaned the the 2x a week and wanted our clothes.
I been to Uganda 5x, and this was by far the best place we stayed in!
There were a few issues that arose, but staffed rushed to remedy them, so I have no serious complaints.
- The electricity went out, but this is Uganda we are talking about! Power always goes out. The staff bought us lamps to use when it got dark, so we didn't have to sit in darkness and called to apologize about it.
- few lights were out, but they fixtures were imported, so they were waiting for additional bulbs.
I do with there were more drawers to put clothes in the master.

There was nothing to dislike.
The Airport Shuttle was not free and there was no breakfast available. On the bright side, there was a washing machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Location in booking.com doesn't reflected correctly, the location is totally differenet, this has to be updated and I personally informed the hosts to update this in booking .com

I liked the quiet private location, still close to Kampala City, with a very nice garden and plants around the appartment.
Very clean and tidy with friendly, easy-going staff available for every question.
Definitely the best option in Namugongo and even in the great surroundings of Kampala.

The staff were amazing. Florence was exceptional. Villa Karibu has surpassed hospitality standards. Its simple PERFECT.

Location was easy to find a bit far but very affordable uber taxi ride
The property was clean but could do with daily checks.
Very minor improvements, especially in drainage of kitchen sinks, wash hand basins and shower drains which seem to be quite slow resulting water standing in the vessels longer than necessary. This may be due lack of frequent clearing of drain system.
As I mentioned this is very minor problem which can be resolved in-house through routine maintenance.
I will certainly be booking an accommodation at Villa Karibu again next time I am in town.
