Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Worth for the money. Easy to get parking lot.

Great hotel - close proximity to bus station
Pros:

Great location right near the bus station where you can catch your bus which starts from here to Mt Kinabalu NP/ Kundasan / Sepilok / Sandakan. We booked this place for this reason as we had an early morning bus.
The staff were really welcoming and my room on the 1st floor was airy and spacious.

Restaurants are below the hotel and near the bus station (cheaper).
Water filters in a few places on the floor.
There is a huge supermarket and a large Hypermarket a short walk on the main road where you can stock up on supplies before your trip.

Overall great hotel for a stopover.

Cons:

Slight odour when you enter the room and the Air conditioning is off, but it’s not terrible and you soon get used to it .
Everything else good .

Pros:

Hotel był bardzo czysty Hotel był bardzo czysty, a jego lokalizacja okazała się idealna — znajduje się bardzo blisko dworca, a w okolicy można znaleźć wiele restauracji i miejsc do jedzenia. Dodatkowym dużym plusem było niesamowicie dobre ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, co zdecydowanie podnosi komfort pobytu.

Pros:

It was good place to stay, big room.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Restaurants next door nice.
Strong ac.
Good WiFi!
Good shower.

Cons:

musty smoke smell in the rooms. They did air freshen it once we asked but it still remained.
