Perfect location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, literally everything is in walking distance from the hotel. House cleaning is performed every other day . The bathrooms are outdated. If you plan to spend time in the city vs the room, this hotel is perfect for you!

Great Location
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location. In 2018 three of us rented two rooms for 10 days.
Two of us returned in May 2026. We stayed 6 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pick up for several tours was close or within two or three blocks. Our room was nice with balcony and king bed. They only clean and furnished towels every other day this time.

Amazing
Pros:

Victor and Willa made our experience great. They were friendly everyday and had a smile in their face. They helped our 1st trip go smoothly and were willing to help us.

They got to know us and showed interest in our vacation experiences.

Decent hotel but not for a romantic Hawaiian vacation
Pros:

The location is very good. Walking distance to beach and right next to the tourist center. The staff was very good. The room was clean.

Cons:

This is not the place for your dreamy romantic Hawaiian vacation. The double beds (2 double bed room) were narrow. The washroom was extremely small and crowded. It also was very run down. The pool was very disappointing.

1st great impression
Pros:

Its located in Central Waikiki. Close to everything. Clean and quiet and safe. Good for kids family couples etc. The staff are very friendly nice helpful accommodating. I would love to comeback and stay again . One place you want to check out if ever you want to visit the island.

Room comfort could've been better
Pros:

The resort itself was great. The beds were hard, the pillows flat, and our dryer didn't dry our clothes which we didn't find out until midnight the day we left because we had been enjoying Maui and not babysitting the dryer. They were kind enough to let us use the dryer in an empty room so we could dry our clothes but we didn't get to sleep until after 2 am and we had a flight that next morning.

Pros:

Hotel is well located, it is clean although they only clean/make up the room on certain days. Not much in the way of amenities. I would stay again for business...

Great Location - Great Staff - Great Experience
Pros:

This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is close to everything you need in Waikiki and only a couple of blocks from the beach. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. The staff are incredible and will make you feel very welcome! We highly recommend this property to our friends and family.
