Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa y la cocina está bien equipada. Yo me quedé sólo dos noches pero lo recomendaría 100% para una estancia más larga.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

The option to cook at home and the flooring.

Cons:

It felt unsafe and we gad people banging on our door screaming at 1am. We felt really unsafe.

avoid. I was not able to check in and they took my money
Pros:

I am forced to write a review and I never do. I paid for 2 nights. The i fo on Booking.com said it was check in from 4pm. I booked it around 7pm
The prooerty sent me message which I did not receivr (to spam box) about check in beore 9pm. I went across Kyoto after meetings ay Kyoto University, at 23:00, with bags, expecting to check in. There was an empty desk at Laundromat place. Nobody there. Phone # was on message to call. I called many times, and messaged the "hotel" via Booking.com. Phone had automated messagd that they close at 9pm. Nobody replied to my messages. I was forced to search for new hotel at 23:45 because I was not able to check in to this place. The new hotel was 1 subway stop away but the subway just shut down. I had to walk with bags. I sent message requesting mo ey back, and management wrote they informed me in that message that went to spam box, and it is my problem. 2nd message I got thanked me for the stay at their hotel etc. My advice. Do t stay here, avoid, this is just awful type of service and behaviour. I am actually going to go there again to complain in Japanese and English. I come to Japan every year 6 monthd and this I ha e stayed n 100s places. This so called hotel is the worst booking I hace ever made in Japan in 7 years. Avoid

Nothing. I was not even allowed to check in at 23:00 on day of booking. They took my payment and I got nothing and had to pay a bew hotel.

駅に近い!
Pros:

京都駅迄歩いて10分程なので良かったです。コンビニもすぐ近くに有り便利です。

Cons:

受付が1Fのコインランドリー内に有りスタッフの対応も淡々と事務的でまるでコンビニの店員みたいでした。
今風のアパート一室をホテル代わりにしてるので仕方ないかな。

落ちつく。
Pros:

0歳の子供がいたため、ベットから落ちる心配などなく安心して泊まれた。広かった。
海外の方が多かったイメージだったけど、とても静かで過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

テーブルがベタベタしてたり、少し汚れが気になった。

Completely not what's on the pictures.
Pros:

Its cheap and in a decent location.

Cons:

We did not get Japanese style room depicted on the listing. Instead we got a generic western style room with the third person sleeping on the sofa, instead of a futon we expected which resulted in a much less comfortable sleep and a much more cramped layout. We had to jump over beds to reach the bathroom. Funny enough, when I asked staff about us not getting the room shown in the listing all I got was "you should have asked for it". Well, I booked a room and I expect to get what's in the listing, don't I? If you have different types of rooms - list them separately, let me choose. How am I supposed to know that I need to message you about the room type if it's not mentioned anywhere? Should I be messaging every hotel saying "oh by the way could you provide me with the room I booked and not some other room?". Very silly and misleading behavior.

風呂トイレ別
色々ないものもあるけど、エコという観点ではよいかも
