Reasonable price

Reasonable price. Close to Kyoto Station. There is a laundry downstairs of the building. Also close to
Gion district which is the reason for my trip.

Pros:

The location was very convenient, the staff was kind, and the price was very fair. The mattress was comfortable and we enjoyed the low kotatsu table. Having access to a kitchen is also a nice benefit. Kyoto is a beautiful place and we were very glad to be able to enjoy it.

Cons:

We stayed in Room 202 for five days. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold, especially when the fan was on. The hotel should have the ventilation system cleaned out and should replace the porous bamboo countertop under the faucet, or at least coat it in a waterproof sealant, as the unique design of the sink makes it difficult not to get the countertop wet, and the wood around the faucet was fairly moldy.

Overall it is a good stay for family and nearest location for bus and train terminus
Pros:

Good and spacious rooms for family stay

Cons:

Sometime floor noise disturbing if child’s accompanied. It is difficult to control kids walking but other ground floor guest noise complaints

Convenient and clean place
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Communication problems with the staff. Since the beginning I tried to book a Japanese style room. The booking app ask to do that, I tried to tell them that I wanted the one in the photo, but we weren’t able to communicate well. However They were nice, there was just this tiny problem.

Not helpful, no curtains at windows
Pros:

Functional apartment

Cons:

Workers sound cold, not nice and not helpful. They refuse to help us sending our luggages to the next destination as they usually do in Japan.
There are 2 windows without curtains and the main window with a very bad curtain, so the room was full light at 4h30 in the morning. It was not a good way to rest.
Noisy apartment.

Bona estada a molt bon preu!
Pros:

Habitació estil Japonés, molt bon preu per les 6 nits que vam estar i amb el personal responia bastant ràpid. Van ser molt amables en recepcionar les maletes que vam enviar desde Tòquio i de seguida em van comunicar quan van arribar.

Cons:

No hi havia persianes ni cortines opaques i a les 5.00 ja entrava molta llum. Poc espai per poder rentar estendre la roba delicada dins l'habitació..

Muy bueno, no dudaría en repetir.
Pros:

Construcción moderna, y muy bien ubicado para gran parte de las atracciones y la estación.

Cons:

Que no mecdejsran entrar 30 min antes de las hora de check in, cuando la habitación estaba disponible

Pros:

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Produits de toilette et d’entretien fournis. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Il y a un Lawson à l’angle de la rue. Et des restaurants quelques rues plus bas. Laverie automatique au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la réception. Lavage et séchage pour 700 yens.

Cons:

Seul bémol le bruit de la rue que l’on entend depuis l’appartement mais on peut prendre des bouchons d’oreille à la réception. Tout était parfait !
