Amazing experience. Great ambience. Starting from the front office, great service and smiling faces everywhere. Enjoyed the hospitality Team Courtyard by Marriott. Food was superb. All the staffs in the restaurant was, oh my God, terrific. Special mention to Chef Vishnu m (sous chef), Chef Sanjiv, Chef vishnu Jimmy and Bibin. Will come back for sure. Best experience ever...

I stayed there for 4 days and it was very comfortable stay. The food was great!! Everyday I was looking forward to have lunch/dinner buffet. I must say the atmosphere was well because of the people working there. Every staff was on their toes to make my experience memorable. I would like to mention one really sweet and hardworking staff from restaurant Mr. Aloysius, he helped me with some good recommendations to visit in Kochi during my stay and thanks to all the staff to make me feel so comfortable I would definitely come again.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Info park was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The front office staff greeted me with warm smiles, ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in, and were always ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared rooms every single day. Their attention to detail was remarkable.

The restaurant and culinary team served delicious food with excellent presentation, and the service staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and prompt. Every meal was a delightful experience. The security personnel were professional, respectful, and made me feel safe throughout my stay, while the concierge and support staff were always approachable and eager to help.

What stood out the most was the kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude displayed by every department. It is rare to find such seamless teamwork and genuine hospitality. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Had a really nice stay at the Marriott. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the overall service was excellent throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the facilities were great too. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Marriott for two weeks, and our stay was very comfortable. All our meals were included, and as senior citizens, we had every meal at the hotel. The food was delicious, hygienic, and we never experienced any stomach issues during our stay.

The restaurant staff took excellent care of us throughout our visit. We would especially like to thank Chef Amit, Chef Vishnu, Sous Chef Masim, Jubin, Bibin, Effron, Jimmy, Bijo, Chef Aswini, Prasad and Nibeditha for their warm hospitality, kindness, and attentive service. They made every meal enjoyable and always ensured we were well taken care of.

Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making our long stay very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel because our son had been transferred to the area. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the IT Park, which is quite far from Kochi's main tourist attractions. Apart from that, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel. We would definitely rate our stay 10/10.
