Worst experience
Pros:

We visited for the dinner buffet as a group of six people on 9th. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

The service was average, but the food quality was very poor. The chicken dishes were overcooked and dry. The pastries looked appealing, but they tasted overly sweet and lacked any real flavor. Apart from a few South Indian dishes, which were quite good, most of the food was bland and lacked seasoning.

Another disappointing aspect was the lack of staff attention. No one checked on our table during the meal, and nobody asked for feedback about our experience.

Overall, we were not satisfied with the buffet and do not plan to visit again.

The best hotel stay I have ever been

The view from the rooms were amazing and the atmosphere of the hotel just felt like home, the staffs were really very sweet with us and the hotel really worth the money.
