We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton on March 1st. The food was truly amazing and one of the highlights of our stay.
A special appreciation to Chef Vishnu, Masim, Chef Sharon, M. Vishnu, Margi, Gowri, Jimmy, Anasooya, Bijo, Jubin, Effron, and Priyanka for their excellent service and hospitality. It was very thoughtful of the chefs to personally visit our table and ensure that everything was perfect. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience truly memorable.
We sincerely appreciate the effort put in by the entire team. Everything from the food quality to the service was outstanding.
We would also like to share a small suggestion for improvement. At the swimming pool area, dry towels were not readily available and we had to call the reception twice to arrange them. It would be helpful if towels are kept stocked for guests using the pool.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the team. Thank you for making our visit special.

Food prices are expensive and there is less selection due to gas shortage.
Massage charges are also higher, and advertised charges are exclusive of any taxes or GST. So why can't hotels advertise all inclusive prices?

Had a very comfortable and memorable stay with an excellent overall experience. The hospitality, service, and food were all outstanding. Special thanks to Sona, Margi, Athul, Shiva, Sristy, Vivek, Zakiya, Chef Masim, Chef Sharon, Chef Vishnu, Jimmy, and Bibin for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service throughout the stay. Everyone was very friendly, supportive, and made sure everything was perfect.

My experience at Courtyard by Marriott was truly wonderful. The hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by the staff made the stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized, while the ambience of the hotel created a relaxing atmosphere.
