Pros:

Clean, allowed dogs, quiet. Super great front desk/management.

Cons:

Lots of smokers regularly sitting outside the entrance and only very unhealthy breakfast/snack available.

Being woken up at 3 A.M. the upstairs person was dragging there chair or something back an forth in there room . It was obnoxious. Never staying there again!!!

This property had people smoking inside. Smells like cigarettes. The bed sheets were stained. The guy was nice enough to give us new ones but wouldn't book here again.

With old furniture that was in disrepair only has one old chair in a room for a couple
Coffeemaker builtin was not there. It appeared that most people there were transients or homeless put there by city Portland. They were in lobby most of day

Good location but full of roaches.
Pros:

Location was the only positive to this place as as soon as we checked in the gentleman doing so was rude and as soon as we hit the elevator lobby passed check in we saw roaches. We were on a budget for this trip as we were here to buy a vehicle and so we didn't have the option of renting another room elsewhere.

Roaches and the manager.

Cons:

Dirty room. Specifically the bathroom around the tub. Tub in terrible shape. The soap holder falling off the wall. Room stinks when entering. Mattresses slide from the frame and the frame is dirty. Floors sticky. Fire alarms went off and elderly mother had to wait for a long time and had to wait for maintenance to come fix the elevator. No one came to clean room. Not enough pillows. Bed uncomfortable

Not planning on staying in the place ever again.
Pros:

Christina at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She was very informative and nice. The coffee was good.

Cons:

When I first got into my room things were ok. But when I started to go to lay down in the bed, I saw a big bug on the floor. It was gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding of the frame. Then there were people loitering out front. The breakfast menu could be a little better. Yogurt or sandwiches would have been nice. A toaster or something like that would have been good. I have stayed in a lot of places, but this one was my least favorite. At one point I thought that we would have to evacuate the building because a burning smell like plastic was in the elevator. No one could tell where it was coming from.

Overall good stay
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and provided many recommendations for food and sightseeing.

Cons:

There were no available on site restaurants, buffets, bars, etc. Construction began on day 2 of our stay and air quality was poor due to dust and air particles.
