comfortable easy place to stay - no frills
Pros:

Bed was very big and comfy - great location next to the Madonna in - off the freeway with groceries and shopping nearby

Cons:

its a motel nothing fancy but its what we wanted

Called will arrive late, ask them to call me but could only contact booker's ph.--did tell us to look for a text to get in after hrs. No answer or voice inst. on phone., waited 4 hrs for office to open.

Clean and peaceful
Pros:

Property was very clean, the location wasn’t far from downtown and has a strip mall with a grocery store, Starbucks and a few clothing stores across the street.

Asked the property to accommodate a death in the family and cancel our reservation, they refused, even though they acknowledged they were full and still getting requests. The indifference and pure greed was shocking! Bear in mind before you ever consider reserving here. Frank Lay

It was okay due to the proximity of where I needed to be.

My daughter saw bugs on the bed she was laying on.

Great motel for dogs
Pros:

Wonderfully close to the Laguna Lake park with walking trails and an off leash dog area.
I like that the room didn't have carpet.
Nice potty area for dogs with a nice view.
I like the dual flush toilet and the QUIET close toilet lid.

Cons:

Bathroom was kind of cramped. Water in the sink was always warm.
Bathroom fan didn't seem to work (or maybe ventilation just relies on opening the window?).
One of the reading lights didn't work.

Non ho mai visto così tanti peli e capelli su lenzuola, asciugamani e lavandino. Per non parlare del pavimento su cui c’era perfino un cereale/biscotto. Abbiamo chiesto alla reception di cambiare la camera perché troppo sporca, ma l’alternativa proposta era anche peggio. Una vergogna
