Thanks for the hospitality but we won’t be staying here in the future
Pros:

Honestly the only decent things I can think of was the kindness from the staff, the clean linens, the attempt at breakfast & the nice view. The best part was the hotel kitty.

Cons:

The hallways & staircase were terribly disgusting as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Furniture was either broken or in bad condition. The pool was very dirty, full of bugs & other debris. We spent about 20 minutes cleaning it and it still wasn’t very good. This place really didn’t meet my expectations at all, for $150/night I expected a cleaner environment for my family.

クルーズには良いローケーション
Pros:

忘れ物をしたが船にチェックインしてしまった後でしたが，取りに行ける距離でしたので良かった。近いのが良かった。
バスタブがあったので良かった。

Cons:

道路に面していたので車の音が気になった。
1階でしたので，部屋の前を歩く音が気になった。

Location perfect for leaving on a cruise
Pros:

Location was great to get to the cruise terminal. They had a free shuttle.

Convenient spot
Pros:

They are close to port and have a shuttle. The staff is very nice. We signed up for the shuttle at a certain time but wanted to go early and they accommodated. They had fruit, granola bars and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable. Del Taco is a block away.

Cons:

The place needs a good cleaning.

Stay was pleasant and exceptionally convenient for my purposes. Would stay there again!
Pros:

It’s excellent proximity to the Catalina Island Ferry. Like 8 minutes away.

Cons:

The area is a bit dicey, but all went well. Desk clerk gave me a street facing road where the traffic was very loud, but was kind enough to switch to a rear facing room which was much quieter. Many thanks for that accommodation!
