紙コップなのがすごくいい。

Cons:

部屋に髪ゴムが落ちていたり、シャワーヘッドや浴槽に髪の毛がついていたり、アメニティのケースにほこりや髪の毛があったり不快でしかなかった。あまりにもひどい。温泉があるわけではないので普通に使うものなので気を付けてほしい。冷蔵庫も汚れが付いていた。清掃が入っているのか疑問が湧いた。今までも違うところでアパを利用していますがこんなのは初めてです。また静岡に行くことがあってもお世話になることはないと思います。

まぁ、高望みしなければ悪い印象はないかな。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗だった
シングルルームでもベッドはダブルサイズでよかった。

Cons:

近所に居酒屋が多く、酔った客が外で騒いでうるさい。
本館と南館に分かれているのだが、元々別だった建物を無理矢理つなげているので南館への入り方が複雑。
あと、建物内に自動販売機がない。喉が渇いたら近所のコンビニまで行かなきゃ行けないのが面倒。

安心、快適に滞在できます

アメニティや衣類がロビーから持っていくのではなく、部屋に常設されているのがありがたい。
室内の照明（浴室も含む）のスイッチが枕元に集中していて、眠くなった時にすぐに調節できるのがいい。

ここ値段相応でいいじゃん
Pros:

立地条件が最高。
ツインメッセ静岡までタクシーで1500円くらいの場所です。
目の前にコンビニあり。
近くにあるマッサージ店も最高のパフォーマンスで施術してくれました。
いいじゃんここ。

最悪とは言わないが残念の一言…
Pros:

部屋が清潔感があって良かった。

Cons:

値段の割に窓を開けたらすぐビルの壁…1万7千円もするのに最悪のロケーションに愕然…しかも朝食が別料金とは,多分もう泊まらないだろう。部屋にアパ社長の写真(本の宣伝)が多すぎる。
