Pros:

Within walking distance from Shizuoka Station. Tons of nice barbecue restaurants around in all sort of flavors. Also found a nice massage parlor a few minutes away to fix my shoulder and back. The rooms are small, but APA branches usually utilize the space well, with proper space under the bed, so you can have your luggage opened underneath and drag it out and roll the room chair away, when you need to.

Pros:

立地よし。清潔。部屋や備品が機能的。フックが沢山ある点やファブリーズ完備よかった。コンセント口があちこちあるのはありがたい。

Cons:

大きい鏡の側にも電灯があればよかった。化粧しづらい。個人的にテレビ画面デカすぎ。欲をいえば大浴場がほしい。

とても疲れた。（翌日も不安で同じ時間帯に目が覚めてしまった。）

南館３階に二泊したが初日午前４時過ぎころ、自動火災報知設備の非常ベルがしばらく鳴り響き目が覚めた。部屋周辺に異常は認められないが館内放送もなく原因が判らない。やむなく部屋からフロントに問い合わせたところ、原因調査中とのこと。のちに南館１階でボヤ火災が発生したことをその後の館内放送等で知った。この場合ホテル側としては、「非常ベルが鳴っているがスタッフが確認中」等と館内放送し、その後の確認結果を改めて館内放送すべきだった。
