Friendly staff. The young lady that knitted was wonderful. Housekeeping was willing to help. And the African American man in the kitchen cooking the omelet was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The young lady at the bar with long black hair, friendly personality, tried her best to accommodate us for the game (didn’t have the channel) but she was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Overall great, great place to say. Rates were a little high but worth it. The rooms were big and had everything I needed to cook a meal. 10 out of 10. Forgive me for not knowing names of the staff.

Great location. We were roughly 15 min max to Isle of Palms State Park. Easy access to any restaurant or store. The breakfast was great. They had take away boxes which was really handy as my husband got sick while we were there. All the staff were very pleasant, but a shout out to the breakfast cook who helped me. ( Nothing to do with the hotel) We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
Good experience overall. The property felt new, clean, and safe. The bedding and pillows were comfortable. The shower was good, with strong water pressure. The HVAC noice made an odd, deep rumbling noise - it vibrated the head board a bit.
From some pics of the property, it looks like it may be in an urban/retail location. It is a quiet location near a health care center and a strip of new row houses with no retail. It felt safe to walk around after dark, but there is not really anything to walk to.

It was nasty if I walked in my socks they turned black on bottom ran out of toilet paper the worst beds and pillows iv ever been on
The breakfast was really good, quite diverse.And the staff were very helpful in helping me feel a to go container.
This swimming pool was great, but the three reclining chairs were all broken.They were usable only in a total recline. There was some sort of motor sound probably from the roof since I was on the fifth floor in room 510. It would start and go for about five minutes.Ten minutes and then it would turn off.But constantly on and then off, it would start up every twenty minutes or so. I spoke with staff, the mechanical engineer guy was going to check it out, but I just dealt with it. Otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay. Every staff member was wonderful and smiling and kind.
The Cook at The Hyatt House Charlston / Mount Plesant hotel was not friendly and I am very disappointed because I am accustomed to being treated like a Hyatt member when I stay at the Hyatt no matter where I go. I was denied an omelet because I was in line at 10am and he said that they cut off the omelet at 10am. His response was very rude and unexpected. Although the room was spacious the refrigerator did not get cold and the house keeping did not clean the room during my stay. I don't recommend this Hyatt to anyone I know .
