Sometimes BETTER than home...
Pros:

This hotel should be the standard for ALL Hyatt hotels. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in all seasons and never is never a "down time" for this property. In the summer, the AC is perfect and comfortable day and night. In the colder months, the heater is cozy and homey.

The rooms are always crispy clean and the bathroom...no strange hairs or stains. Each corner is clean and makes you wish you could have their expert cleaning team come to your own house and take care of the things we miss.

I love this hotel and when my kids move away from the area, I will truly miss getting to visit this hotel.

Amazing breakfast! Custom omelets!
Pros:

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the bold coffee was superb!
Hyatt House is close to restaurants, Total Wine, and Walmart so nothing is far away. Also, you are only a few minutes from both Isle of Palms beaches and Sullivan's island beaches!

Definitely stay here.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel. Clean and a great breakfast. It was quiet and the staff were accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a direct route to Charleston.

Just an alright hotel
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

Our room was not ready for about 45 minutes and it smelled like they poured Clorox cleaner on every item there. It made me sick and messed with my grandson’s allergies!

It was really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The man cooking the omelettes was super slow. Everyone waited 30 mins for one. That is crazy! I felt like it was intentional to keep people from asking for one. You have a long way to compete with Embassy Suites. Location is not near a lot of restaurants. Looks like a poor side of town.

Friendly, inviting, spacious, clean environment!
Pros:

Friendly staff. The young lady that knitted was wonderful. Housekeeping was willing to help. And the African American man in the kitchen cooking the omelet was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. The young lady at the bar with long black hair, friendly personality, tried her best to accommodate us for the game (didn’t have the channel) but she was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Overall great, great place to say. Rates were a little high but worth it. The rooms were big and had everything I needed to cook a meal. 10 out of 10. Forgive me for not knowing names of the staff.

Cons:

I didn’t get the names of the wonderful people that helped make this trip great!

Pros:

Great location. We were roughly 15 min max to Isle of Palms State Park. Easy access to any restaurant or store. The breakfast was great. They had take away boxes which was really handy as my husband got sick while we were there. All the staff were very pleasant, but a shout out to the breakfast cook who helped me. ( Nothing to do with the hotel) We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
