I am a travel blogger and travel extensively, so I am very familiar with hotel service standards.

I booked this hotel via Booking and received a confirmation clearly stating “payment at the property.” I was already in transit. During my layover in another city, I received a message demanding urgent payment, threatening to cancel my reservation. This happened while I was already at the airport flying specifically to this hotel. I find this completely unacceptable.

I arrived late in the evening. The room was terrible — extreme dampness, a very strong unpleasant smell, and overall dirt everywhere. The general condition of both the room and the hotel was very poor.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place.

Treebo should review the experience seriously. The hotel property is rich but badly maintained.
Pros:

Breakfast was so so. Second day brown bread was not available.

Cons:

During my stay-1. Intercom was not working.
2. No hot water. No body bothered to check and repair geyser.
3. The attendant took the used cups to clean. but never bothered to keep in the room. The cups were kept in a corner outside the room. I pointed to the person on duty in the reception, but of no use.

הצוות היה נחמד מאד והשתדל לענות על בקשות.

הריזורט פשוט לא דומה לתמונות, שהו מאד מטעות. החדר לא היה דומה בכלל לתמונות. שטיחים ישנים עם ריח ישן, החצר מלוכלכת ויש בה אתרי בניה. הבריכה לא נקייה. חדר האוכל הוא לא מה שרואים בתמונות. הוא חשוך, המפות על השולחנות מלאות כתמים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסיסית. החדר שלנו נוקה רק פעם אחת במשך שבוע. הטענה של המנקות היתה שהן לא נכנסות לחדר אם לא פותחים להן
נשאלת השאלה מה קורה אם אנחנו יצאנו לכל היום... מסתבר שלא מנקים. בכל יום היינו צריכים לבקש שיחליפו מגבות.
