Un hôtel et un service au top !
Pros:

- le personnel était tout simplement adorable et aux petits soins
- le petit déjeuner
- l'emplacement
- la chambre magnifique avec la vue sur toute la baie de Saranda
- le confort des lits
- les équipements de la chambre (bouilloire, cafetière,...)
- la possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement
- les petits cadeaux de l'hôtel à notre départ

Cons:

Le seul bémol concerne une employée du petit-déjeuner qui m'a réprimandée parce que je réchauffais certains aliments sur la plaque chauffante, en m'expliquant qu'elle était réservée aux toasts. Pourtant, un grille-pain était déjà prévu pour les toasts, et rien n'indiquait que cette plaque ne devait pas être utilisée pour réchauffer les autres aliments. Il m'a donc semblé tout à fait logique de m'en servir pour les beignets au fromage, les œufs, les crêpes ou les boulettes de viande, qui, pour moi, ne sont vraiment pas bons lorsqu'ils sont froids. J'ai également été mal à l'aise lorsqu'elle m'a montré du doigt et en a parlé à ses collègues, comme si j'avais fait quelque chose de répréhensible. Heureusement, cette remarque n'est arrivée que le dernier matin. Si j'avais dû manger ces aliments froids pendant tout le séjour, mon avis sur le petit-déjeuner aurait été bien moins positif.

Allen voran möchten wir das gesamte Team hervorheben. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Besonders der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war einfach unglaublich so freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Egal ob beim Rausgehen oder Zurückkommen. Wir wurden stets umsorgt, bekamen Wasser angeboten und jede noch so kleine Frage wurde mit einem Lächeln beantwortet.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Manager Eddie Er ist weit über das hinausgegangen, was man erwarten würde. Sogar bei unserer Abreise hat er uns persönlich mit dem Auto zur Bushaltestelle gebracht.

Auch die Küche des Hotels verdient großes Lob. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch,eine riesige Auswahl, alles frisch, lecker, sauber und liebevoll angerichtet. Man hat jeden Morgen gemerkt, mit wie viel Sorgfalt hier gearbeitet wird.

Die Zimmer waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Balkon mit einer wirklich traumhaften Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren top sauber.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und waren in etwa zehn Minuten an der Promenade. In der direkten Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht

Das gesamte Hotel von den Zimmern über die Reinigung bis hin zum Service war top. Alles war ordentlich, gepflegt und einladend. Doch was dieses Hotel wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen. Das Personal ist so warmherzig, respektvoll und engagiert, dass es den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Einzigartigem macht.

Wir waren hier in unseren Flitterwochen und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort dafür vorstellen können. Es fiel uns unglaublich schwer zu gehen, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wirklich jedes einzelne Detail hat gestimmt.

Für uns ist dieses Hotel absolute Spitzenklasse wir haben uns noch nie zuvor so wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Fantastico!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'hotel è curato, pulito e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento.
La posizione è ottima e permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della zona. Anche la colazione è stata molto apprezzata, con una buona varietà di prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno speciale!

Prachtig hotel met het liefste personeel.
Pros:

Onze ervaring was fantastisch! Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Eddy de manager bracht ons de eerste dag met de auto naar het centrum zodat we niet moesten wandelen. Ze gaven ons ook verschillende keren iets te drinken.

De kamer was adembenemend. We hadden een prachtig zicht op Sarandë. Alles was aanwezig van tandenborstels tot zeepjes.

Het ontbijt was ook geweldig, alles was aanwezig. Je had enorm veel keuze en alles was vers.

Amazing persons
Pros:

First of all, this is a very good location within walking distance to the lively place on the seranada beach. It's far from sound and movement, but it's as close. The biggest reason why I am writing this comment is that the staff friends working at the hotel are all so good, beautiful and helpful that they deserve much better points. When we entered and left the hotel, they always offered us cold water, especially when we checked out of the hotel, they gave us small gifts. From the gentleman in the car valet part to the friends at the reception, they are all perfect and I'm glad they exist, they made us feel at home.
