Fantastyczny hotel
Pros:

Przemiła obsługa hotelu, codziennie rano jak wychodziliśmy i wchodziliśmy do hotelu częstowano nas 2 butelkami schłodzonej wody. W hotelu było bardzo czysto i schludnie a śniadania były przepyszne. Jedyne miejsce w którym było mleko bez laktozy na śniadaniach. Dodatkowa atrakcja była rodzina kotków którymi personel hotelu się opiekuje.

Um dos staffs mais atenciosos que ja encontramos, deixaram a gente deixar nosso carro guardado la por um dia, nos deram brinde de estadia, agua para a viagem, inacreditável de tudo muito bom! Quarto com uma vista impecável, super confortavel, se puder, com certeza voltaria! Cafe da manha muito bom!

On a apprécié tout notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était disponible et très serviable. Un buffet de qualité pour le petit déjeuner. Ils nous accueillaient avec de l’eau fraiche à chaque sortie et retour de l’hôtel ce qui nous a vraiment marqué au passage. Franchement un 10/10. Un membre du personnel de l’accueille nous a même deposé gratuitement dans notre salon de massage alors qu’on cherchait un taxi.

Great friendly service to make your stay a memorable one.
Pros:

The friendly service and communicative staff are the standout here at Hotel Teuta. From giving water bottles on leaving and returning to the hotel, their courtesy driver to get you to parts of town, the choice at breakfast and the view add to a great experience.

A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay with exceptional service.
Pros:

The staff was caring and attentive, the room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfasts were delicious.

They always give you bottles of water when you leave and return to the hotel. The front desk staff is always ready to help with any problem.

When we left, they even drove us to the bus station.
We had a very comfortable vacation and highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Keep in mind that the road to the hotel goes up a steep hill.

Top notch hotel with modern high end finishes.
Pros:

Modern and high end.
Great staff and great breakfast spread. Quiet and with a great Seaview if you select the right room.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and caring. The roads in Sarande are narrow and sometimes steep but we had convenient parking and could easily walk to the promenade in 15 mins. No parking hassle that way. We absolutely loved everything about Teuta.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It’s superb and great value.

Lovely hotel where we were offered drinks on arrival - a lovely touch. We were also offered transport into the bay which was really helpful. Super breakfast and overall a lovely stay

Cons:

The Hotel was on a hill that made it a little difficult to walk to and our roon had views on to a building site.

This is a 5 star hotel in disguise, because staff even carried our bags for us, and were friendly and helpfull all the time, with some very good recommendations. The breakfast was exceptional, I have never seen so much variety. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back here if I am ever in Sarande.
