Loved the location right on the beach, the pool is beautiful and lovely in the evenings.

The carpet in the room was filthy and the sofa was incredibly worn.

Not the Spring Hill Inn and Suites quality of others I’ve stayed at, usually always high quality stays

Beach access, lazy river pool,location

Cons:

Not informed of parking garage situation prior to check in. You have to park in garage, pay 20 dollars plus tax to park then go to 4th floor to check in. Parking is 20 dollars for each day of stay. Beds hard, body wash dispenser empty.

Paying for parking, hard beds, no floats for lazy river, elevator wait times are horrible, pillows are barely existent , pool water feature wasn’t on all weekend till Sunday

Decent but certain things that were off putting
Pros:

I liked that it was on the beach and I liked the pool/bar area.

Cons:

Only 3 elevators and they are always packed and you may wait over 10 minutes for one. You pay for parking after paying all kind of money to stay there. You are charged an extra $100 at time of check in.
