Wonderful! The breakfast area could use some attention but everything was wonderful!
Pros:

Beach front, the pools, the rooms, everything about this place was 10/10 for us! We loved it!

Cons:

The breakfast cuts off a little early, and they didn’t do a good job of making sure the breakfast area was continually stocked during the breakfast hours. We went at 8:30 and there was no pancake mix or anything in any of the dispensers despite guests asking about it.

Pros:

location on the beach and walkable to restaurants

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work we’re on the 14th floor had to walk constantly down the stairs, not happy frame in my bathroom water came to my ankle so I was taking a shower. Breakfast buffet was very nice but a lot of times there are no eggs they were gone.

Pros:

Hotel had an amazing view pool and beach access was great staff was nice at check-in

Cons:

The elevator took forever and it took 30 mins just to get to the room after checking-in and it did not help that the fire alarm went off at midnight and nothing was really told to us about what was going on.

Don't take your pet with you
Cons:

Booking stated it was a pet friendly, when we get there with out mini yorkie poo.
They didn't check us in. We waited over 2 hours.
And have to look for a pet friendly hotel nearby.

wouldn’t recommend the elevators are the worst part

Cons:

i didnt like that the 5th floor hallway smells bad and the elevators we’re ridiculous takes 15 minutes to get from floor to floor the hallways were so hot with no a/c elevators as well OH and you gotta pay to park during your stay

Pros:

Great hotel! High level of security - inside and at the beach. Location is absolutely the best - close to many restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room is too small, and there is no sink in the room to wash hands, the only one in the bathroom, and the door to the bathroom. has no lock inside???

Pros:

I like that there were several options to buy food and drinks. I like that there were activities during the day for the kids and music at the pool.

Cons:

The front desk staff attitude was not very welcoming. Front desk needs to be adequately staffed during check-in times.

Didn’t get to stay there.
Pros:

well we didn’t get to stay there because they called on our way there to check in and said they overbooked and we no longer had a room, the lady that called me was rude when I was asking her for an explanation

The fact that they overbooked after I already paid.
