The staff!! Austin made our trip. He was so helpful, patient and nice! We will be visiting again mainly because of his hospitality!

Definitely a place I will return every year with my family!!
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice everyday not having to leave and be in traffic. I also enjoyed the convenience of having access to the pool and beach combo. I definitely will be back every year!

Cons:

The cleanliness of my room could have been better. But it was decent.

The location . Stayed here twice and location has been a deciding factor.

Cons:

The wait for elevators. I dont think they have enough for the size of hotel. The restaurant has been a miss more than hit especially hownoften we ate there and what we paid. It was a disappointment

Good stay, would have preferred better lighting and cleaner house keeping.
Pros:

I appreciate the location and the newer facility. I wish they could have added another set of elevators as they were hard to come by. Also the rooms were super dim. More lighting would have been great.

Cons:

They were cleaned twice and non did they vacuum the floors, with being in the beach I would think that’s a must, without having to ask.

Pros:

This was our first time we stayed at a hotel like this. I've seen the other reviews. We have experienced bad in the past with other hotels but this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly at the check in. Room was very clean. We booked the balcony and ocean view and we were not disappointed in the least. The experience was EXCEPTIONAL.. I'm already planning our next vacation there for next year with all our kids. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable!!! See you soon.

It was so pleasant until I visited in February and April
Pros:

Lobby view of the beach was very beautiful. Eating breakfast while gazing at the beach was so relaxing.

Great beach getaway

Closeness to the beach, cleanliness of hotel.

Cons:

Elevators took a long time, it was also 80 degrees in the elevator area, it made it hot to wait the 10 minutes to get on the 2 of 3 elevators as one was down the entire time. Most of the time we gave up waiting and took the stairs to the 10th floor where our room was.
