Nice place, Terrible check in practices.
Pros:

Beautiful environment. Lazy river was great.

Cons:

Check in was ridiculous. It took Over an hour because of all the people in line they tell everyone that you will receive a text when your room is ready if not to come back and check in at four. No one received a text. Because of that everyone was in line at four and it took over an hour to check in. The air conditioner filters in the room were disgusting.

The location was great because it was right on the beach and close to everything. However, the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The walls were dirty, and there was some mold around the bottles of the soap dispenser. The beds and pillows were also not very comfortable. Overall, the location was the best part, but the cleanliness and comfort of the room could be improved.

The breakfast also needs some improvement. It would be nice to have more variety, perhaps changing the options every couple of days. Eating the same breakfast four days in a row can get a little boring. Adding more fresh fruit would also be a great improvement.

Pros:

The beach is stunning 😍 pool area fantastic 👌 spotless hotel.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced. We actually requested a housekeep visit on the 3rd morning but it never happened.

Cons:

It’s not a resort style hotel at all. All the amenities close before 7pm. Can’t even get a drink by the pool after 645. They also don’t clean the pool daily. There was trash wrappers floating for multiple days as well as a million bugs that needed scooped out.
