Személyzet kedves, wellness rész szép,a kinti medence lehetne egy kicsi nagyobb.
Bőséges félpanzió.
Akasztó és illatosító a fürdőszobaban nem volt.
Személyzet vérbeli profi. Mindenre és mindenkire odafigyelnek. Minden megtalálható ami a jó pihenéshez szükséges. Csak ajánlani tudom.
A szaunában páran meztelenül ücsörögtek sőt ki is jöttek onnan emberek közé, egy pár még a Balaton partra is lement meztelenül. Mivel elég sok a kisgyermek erre kicsit jobban oda kéne figyelni. ( különösen a szauna szeánszok alatt )

Érkezéskor a recepciós köszönni nem tudott és hiába áltunk ott magunk, nem foglalkoztatta. Ez a hölgy receepciós későbbiekben sem volt segítőkész.
A vacsora kínálat jó néhány étele számiunkra alul fűszerezett, sótlan volt.
Előzetesen emailen érdeklődtem cukormentes növényi tal és gm pékáru kínálatukról, azt a válaazt kaptam, hogy nincs, de nyipugodtan vihetek.Az étteremben kiderült, hogy több fajta növényi(köztük cukormentesek is) illetve sós es édes gm pékáruval is tudnak szolgálni.A házon belüli kommunikáció ezek szerint hiányos.

A fürdőköpenyek méretezése
Nagyon kellemes volt a környezet, pihenésre kiváló.
A szobában nem volt feltöltve a minibár, az egyik köntös szakadtan lett bekészítve. Vacsoránál többen strandpapucsban és fürdőnadrágban voltak, ez zavaró volt. A gyerek medence sem volt feltöltve.
