Senza pretese per una notte può andare.
Pros:

Cordialità, posizione e vista.
Come struttura d'albergo bella ma trascurata e un po' datata, curate la pulizia del giardino, degli alberi e dei vialetti. Colazione ok , materasso comodo ,camera pulita e semplicissima.

Come struttura d'albergo bella ma trascurata e un po' datata, curate la pulizia del giardino e dei vialetti. La biancheria non è per alberghi :Asciugamani di 4 colori e molto deteriorati , lenzuola a fiorellini da casa , vasca da bagno, consiglio di dare un'attenzione maggiore a queste cose.

L'accoglienza e l 'ospitalità della signora Concetta sono stati eccezionali, ma anche la cordialità e la familiarità che si è instaurata con la sua famiglia e il marito e la figlia che collaborano attivamente con la gestione dell'attività. Ricchissima colazione , e anche bentornati dalla gara con Prosecco e Frutta fresca, Disponibilità , educazione, predisposizione al dialogo e tanta tanta empatia hanno ccaratterizzato il mio soggiorno e quello di mia moglie in occasione della Filippide 2026 . Maratona senza crono e senza tempo che parte alle 4:30 da Chiaramonte Gulfi per arrivare a Punta SECCA. Ci rivedremo l'anno prossimo. Grazie!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast each morning was delicious, but what truly made our stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, patient, gracious, and generous with both their property and their time. By the end of our visit, it felt like we were leaving good friends. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Staff went above and beyond in every aspect, especially accommodating with breakfast. A 5 minute walk from centre of town. Beautiful view over surrounding landscape. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Buona struttura, proprietaria accogliente.Struttura con qualche miglioria necessaria.
Pros:

La mia stanza aveva una vista meravigliosa su un panorama mozzafiato degno di una cartolina con sfumature artistiche.Proprietaria molto disponibile e affabile.

Cons:

A parte il plus di avere vista mozzafiato, non ho trovato altro. Le camere sono spartane in stile casa al mare con materassi posti su brande che praticamente quasi non si trovano neanche più nei mercatini dell'usato. Bagno con box doccia in plastica. Tuttavia avendo soggiornato solo 1 notte va bene tutto. Colazione era inclusa ma io non ho consumato in quanto sono andato via prima dell'orario mattutino.

La posizione strategica e la bellissima vista dalla terrazza della struttura dove in estate si serve la colazione. La climatizzazione della stanza è stata perfetta.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ antiquata, si potrebbe rinnovare per renderla ancora più accogliente.
