The rooms stink. We were relocated to another but it was also stinky. We put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door but they ignored it and entered the room. There was a worm at the bottom of the coffee cup at breakfast. The hotel lacks a proper area for breakfast. The hotel entrance is full of litter. The hotel surroundings are not walkable to get to a store/restaurant. There were food leftovers in the security box probably left by the previous guest(s) which went unnoticed by the housekeepers. Another curtain is needed for privacy and light. Not all rooms are close to the parking which is an inconvenience.

Stay at the clarion- you'll get better service.
Pros:

The room was clean when we got there. The pool outside of the room. The friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

1. Not once in our 4 night stay did anyone come by to clean. We had to chase people down daily to empty our trash cans and change out our towels. I also requested a sheet change mid stay and they dont do that.
2. There are cigarette butts all over the children's playground. It was disgusting and my 2 year old couldn't play on it.
3. The pool towels weren't even kept up with.

I always stay at Days Inn Frederick MD, in room 134 because I'm used to that room. Its clean and a we ay from the road.

The staff are always kind as they represent the business of Hospitality for travelers as myself.

In appreciation for the management & Staff, I always make sure the room is the sane way I entered it. CLEAN & TIDY.

I give them A+.

Cons:

Nothing except my stay is ALWAYS TOO SHORT.
