Rien. Même l'emplacement n'était pas agréable, car l'hôtel est situé directement au bord d'une route très passante. Nous n'avons même pas pris le petit-déjeuner, car l'état et la propreté de l'hôtel ne nous inspiraient absolument pas confiance.

Cons:

Pratiquement tout était inacceptable. Plusieurs chambres sentaient fortement la moisissure et la cigarette, les toilettes étaient extrêmement sales et la chasse d'eau de notre chambre était bloquée, au point de ne plus fonctionner correctement. Nous avons également constaté la présence d'insectes dans la salle de bain, tandis que la chambre de notre frère sentait fortement l'urine. Nous avions réservé deux nuits, mais les conditions étaient tellement mauvaises que nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel après la première nuit et payer un autre hôtel pour la deuxième nuit. Malgré notre demande de remboursement pour la nuit non utilisée, l'hôtel a refusé toute compensation.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Dirty rooms, bugs in Bathroom, moldy smell, hard mattress, terrible pillows, blankets smelled and were dirty. No blanket !!! The pool was also closed that day and that's the whole resin we picked that hotel..to relax and swim after a long day of moving our daughter into college. We were very very very disappointed in the whole experience.

Pros:

Comfortable beds and location

Cons:

I thought it could be a little cheaper. Over $100 a night is a bit much for this hotel. Overall, I was comfortable.

The staff was nice! It was close to a lot of areas we needed to go!

Cons:

The smell in the rooms were not fresh. The bathroom smelled like it had a dog in it previously. Also smoke detector was hanging from wall in the 2nd room we were give. Had to call staff a 2nd time after changing rooms. From the smell of the first room and stains on the furniture. As well as other items not being cleaned.

I wouldn’t rent again from there.
Pros:

Connivence right off highway and had available rooms.

Cons:

It didn’t feel clean. The door didn’t shut fully to stay locked. The tv cable and internet didn’t work kept going out. The bedding had stains on it. And the room smelt moldy.
