Pros:

My total stay was 6 days and I never seen a housekeeper one time and yet they kept my $100 deposit and I am very upset about that to the point where I'm going to contact a lawyer

Cons:

The way that I was treated was terrible as if I was a foreigner and I stayed there many many times and I will never stay there again

Pros:

Housekeeping actually checked on us without having to go to the office.

Cons:

The pictures and headboards were all crooked and uninviting. Easy fix but apparently not. The landscaping had not been attended to for some time, not good for small dog in the weeds. The TV kept going out in the middle of a program and the remote did not have a backing to hold the batteries in. When it rained guests get wet if they want vending machines or ice. Not a very good set up.
