Sehr gutes Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Ich hatte ein super vorklimatisiertes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon, ruhig gelegen, Schlafen bei offener Balkontür war uneingeschränkt möglich, bodentiefe Dusche mit Brause und Regendusche, gut beleuchtet, harte aber bequeme Matratze, TV nicht groß aber o.k., ausreichend Parkplätze vorm Hotel, in der Anlage und der TH, top! Es gab eine Minibar! Das Frühstück war eine Wucht. Da hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Das Restaurant, bietet eine tolle Auswahl zu gutenPreisen mit freundlichem, motiviertem Personal

Gewoon fantastisch!!

Het ontbijt was divers en goed!

Cons:

De kamers hebben geen airco en nu was het wel een extreme tijd qua warmte en omdat we een volle week verbleven was er ook direct een oplossing voor ons..Daar waren we heel blij mee..anders had ik ivm mijn gezondheid naar huis gemoeten.
Ze hebben het fantastisch opgelost.

Ein sehr erholsames Wochenende…immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Der ideale Ort für Ruhe zu finden. War zum zweiten Mal da und fühlte mich super aufgehoben. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr gut, und ein super Ausgangspunkt zum spazieren gehen. Rundum zufrieden.

Lage vom Hotel war gut

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel war genau unter meinem Fenster eine lautstarke Unterhaltung von mehreren Personen die von 23:00-0:30 anhielt und somit an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
Nach dem Essen wollte ich noch eine Flasche stilles Wasser 0,75 mit auf das Zimmer da es an diesem Tag 35' hatte. Beim Preis von 6,90 hat es mir allerdings die Sprache verschlagen. Diesen Preis finde ich mehr als Unverschämt.

Rundum perfekter Urlaub.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Trotz der extrem hohen Temperaturen haben wir es in unserem Apartment sehr gut aushalten können. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein hat uns träumen lassen…

The view from the room was absolutely amazing, especially the river view. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Super pani poprowadziła mnie dokładnie jak dostać się do pokoju po północy, balkon, klimatyzacja, parking tak jak obiecany - zostawiony dla mnie. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, poza rozczarowującym widokiem. Wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie i sympatycznie, spełniono wszystkie moje prośby.

Cons:

Pokój był nie w głównym budynku z widokiem na Ren na co liczyłem a w budynku na zapleczu w podwórku ok 50 metrów, może 100 od ulicy i widoku. To jedyna niedogodność, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, spełniono wszystkie moje prośby.

Pros:

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf den Rhein, Parkettboden und einem fast schon riesigen Bad. Ein bisschen scheint die Zeit hier stehen geblieben zu sein, was aber nicht heißt, dass die Möbel oder das Haus etwa abgewohnt wirken. Es ist einfach nicht der typische auf modern getrimmte Einheits-Stil, den man aus vielen Hotels kennt und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gerichtet (anderswo, längst nicht mehr üblich), das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich - es war schlicht und ergreifend einfach nur nett.
Ich habe „nur“ übernachtet und musste tagsüber nach Koblenz, was in 15-20 Autominuten problemlos zu erreichen ist, daher konnte ich die Umgebung nicht erkunden, aber es war ein wunderbar ruhiger Aufenthalt fernab von üblichem Hotel Trubel.
