Nice staff, but unfortunately the hotel was infested with bed bugs, and the room smelled bad.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and kept the keys on the door for me since I checked in after 12 pm

Cons:

The room was smelly and dusty, clearly not cleaned properly. There was leftover apple stem on the bedside table and bed bugs. I even caught a large one and got bitten.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider durch mehrere Punkte beeinträchtigt. Besonders die Hygiene (Staub, Haare im Bad/Handtüchern) sowie die stark durchgelegene Matratze waren für uns problematisch. Aufgrund unserer Allergien kam es leider auch zu Beschwerden.
Positiv möchten wir aber erwähnen, dass der Kontakt freundlich war, kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden sind und die Reklamation am Ende unkompliziert bearbeitet wurde. Uns wurde der Aufenthalt vollständig erstattet, was zeigt, dass die Kritik ernst genommen wurde. Beim Auschecken wurden außerdem bereits neue Matratzen angeliefert, sodass offenbar an Verbesserungen gearbeitet wird.
Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas verwirrend, da nicht eindeutig ausgeschildert war, wo Hotelgäste parken dürfen. Ausreichend Parkplätze waren jedoch vorhanden.
Man merkt jedoch auch, dass in der Unterkunft Potenzial steckt. Mit etwas mehr Pflege und Liebe zum Detail könnte man daraus wirklich eine schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit machen. Gerade der überdachte Balkon mit den Sitzgelegenheiten könnte mit ein paar Blumen oder etwas gemütlicher Beleuchtung deutlich einladender wirken. Auch der Flur könnte insgesamt etwas ordentlicher und freundlicher gestaltet werden.
Den Preis von rund 75 € pro Nacht empfanden wir für den Zustand und die vorhandenen Mängel allerdings als zu hoch. Möglicherweise wurden einige der Probleme inzwischen bereits behoben, dennoch entsprach das Zimmer für uns insgesamt nicht ganz dem Eindruck der Fotos.
Wenn die angesprochenen Punkte verbessert werden, könnte die Unterkunft in Zukunft deutlich angenehmer sein.
Für uns persönlich würden wir dort aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht noch einmal übernachten. Wer jedoch weniger empfindlich ist oder nur eine einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, sieht das möglicherweise anders.

When we arrived , none was there and the room key was in the main entrance. No security at all and every door was open.
