Beautiful, design-forward hotel with a stylish, modern aesthetic. The location is excellent, situated in a pleasant neighborhood with easy walking access to multiple public transport options, making it simple to get anywhere in Tokyo.
The rooms are quite small, though that is to be expected for Tokyo standards. Space for opening large suitcases is limited.
Service good, every day sheets and towels changed, bfast very good
Location a bit far from sites on the other hand not many tourists a good point
Facilities were newer. Minimalist style. Location great with a fantastic coffee shop across the street and good access to Z line. A bit removed from hectic tourist zone but still very agile with foreign guests - at least in English.
Small room. No closet.
Natuurlijk is het een mooi hotel. Ruime ontvangst door gastvrije mensen. Mooi design.
The hotel is wonderful. Perfect combination of style, comfort and convenience. A top notch choice for a stylish stay in Tokyo that won't break your bank.
Everything was great.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was quite spacious and had a filtered water dispenser. Our room had a view of an office building, but it still felt private. You can get extra amenities on the first floor, and when you first walk into the hotel it smells lovely. It's like an aromatherapy experience. Inside the room there was also drip coffee. The staff were helpful and were happy to hold our bags at check in and check out. They were also very helpful when we tried to organise a taxi.
The room wasn't big enough for us to open two large suitcases side by side, so repacking our suitcases was a bit difficult. The entrance to the room was also a bit narrow. While the hotel is situated in a quieter spot, it's about a 10 or 15 minute walk to get to the Hanzomon line or Shinjuku line.
Bathroom was tiny but seems the way in Japan! Staff were really helpful at times but language was sometimes an issue - our fault not the hotel’s. Took breakfast one day - poor.
As above breakfast was poor, and expensive. Hotel location was a bit isolated unless you were keen walkers (which we were). That said, for first couple of nights on Tokyo it serves well for acclimitisation.
