Pros:

En drøm om å sove i snø-hotellet gikk i oppfyllelse. Det passet oss utmerket at det var åpent på denne tiden.

Interesting, but disappointing due to misleading dinner menu options.
Pros:

Very unique. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the reindeer, walking through the snow hotel, and petting the dogs. The cabin was fine. No real complaints, though some scraggly trees were in the way of what would have been a nice view.

Cons:

The one real negative, and a significant one, was the dinner. The value of the dinner was a big reason we chose to stay here rather than simply come for a tour. My wife cannot eat red meat, and when we booked, the restaurant webpage clearly showed a choice of three menus. Two of the three menus did not have a red meat entree. However, when we arrived at dinner, we were only presented a single menu. The main course was reindeer steak. We asked twice for an accommodation, and we were denied. They politely inferred the issue was our fault because we did not request an accommodation. However, given the website showed we could choose one of three, there was no need to do so. We paid 100€ - 150€ more than we would have otherwise paid for the stay, and we did not receive anywhere near that value due to the menu restriction.

Pros:

I booked a cabin with a fjord view, and I was right! Reindeer passed by the window, a bunny hopped around, and the view of the fjord and mountains was breathtaking! The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly. Be sure to include dinner, especially if you're staying for a few days, as the nearest restaurant and shops are quite far from the hotel. You'll find stunning silence, peace, and tranquility! There are also many incredibly beautiful hiking spots nearby. Be sure to visit husky :)

Hyggelig personale men ikke mulig å få mørkt rom
Pros:

Hyggelig personale, rene hytter og stilig bad.

Cons:

Ikke mulig å dekke til vindu helt. Så fra kl 03.00 får man ikke sove da sol treffer rett på sengene. Inngangsdøren er i innsynshemmende glass, også helt uten tildekkings muligheter

L’esperienza nello snow hotel è davvero unica

Cons:

Durante l’attesa prima di andare nella stanza di ghiaccio non è prevista una camera di transito ma solo un’area comune . Inoltre le stanze sono molto distante dalla lounge ( circa 300 metri )
