Fails on the basics — not worth it for business travelers
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Stayed one night for work and had to spend precious time chasing down amenities that should’ve been there from the start.

Asked for water in the room — was told “tomorrow morning.” Tomorrow morning never came. No dental kit in the bathroom (a standard in virtually every hotel). When I called the front desk, instead of sending someone up, they told me to walk down 3 floors and across to another building to pick it up myself — mid back-to-back work calls.

If you’re traveling for leisure with time to spare, maybe manageable. For business travel, this is a dealbreaker. You’re paying hotel prices to not have to think about this stuff. The staff’s attitude was indifferent at best — no ownership, no follow-through, no hustle.

Sort out your in-room basics or retrain your front desk on what “guest service” actually means.

Overall I would def stay again
Pros:

I loved that it was close to Great America & Levi’s stadium. Also close to nice restaurants and Starbucks.

Cons:

The carbon monoxide alarm woke me up at 7am & had to let maintenance in to fix it. That was a little bit of a bummer. They did however give complementary late check out due to issue so that was a WIN.

Housekeeping steals
Pros:

Unfortunately their housekeeping staff steal things that are left behind. I left early morning and returned home that afternoon and when I unpacked I realized I left something in my room of sentimental value. I immediately called and was told that my room had already been cleaned and nothing was put in lost in found. Completely disappointing because the item would have been very easy to spot and was a complete accident that it was left behind. So housekeeping saw it of value and decided not to put it in lost and found and keep for themselves. Really crappy.

Pros:

The lobby and workout room are nice. It's great that there is a Starbucks attached. We didn't use the pool, but that also looked lovely. There are also beautiful hydrangea planted around the property.

Cons:

Our room was pretty awful. We were in the back corner on the first floor so our room was incredibly dark and depressing. Our room smelled like an old motel and I think it's because they didn't change the AC unit when they did the renovation. Our cleaning service was awful: tissue and body wash never refilled and it didn't feel as though anything was actually cleaned Ugh.
