Alleen hier slapen als je het niet erg vindt om naar wiet te ruiken.
Cons:

Er werd buiten marijuana gerookt, wat vervolgens in zowel de gangen als de kamers volop te ruiken was. De “deluxe kamer met balkon” had letterlijk een buitenzitje aangrenzend met de buren. Mijn partner kreeg buiten al de vraag of hij een “lange vloei” bij had, voor het rollen van een joint. Wij hebben na 20 minuten in de kamer besloten hier niet te slapen en gelijk een ander hotel geboekt.
Het probleem hier is dat er geen receptie/personeel is na 14:00 uur. En daardoor komt er vreemd volk op af. We hebben rond 21:00 uur gebeld met het receptienummer en gelijk aangegeven wat de situatie was. De receptionist zei dat hij er ook niet over te spreken was, maar hier niets aan kon doen. Geld terug zouden we ook niet krijgen.
Slechtste ervaring met een hotel, terwijl de kamer zelf gewoon prima prijs/kwaliteit had kunnen zijn.

Ubicación perfecta y agradable.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Está situado en una zona tranquila con muchas opciones de transporte público cerca y a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Solo hay personal en recepción hasta las 14:00, por lo que si necesitas algo del hotel por la tarde estás vendido… además el baño de nuestra habitación triple era muy muy pequeño.

Cons:

The online check-in did not work properly. We received a link where we were supposed to pay an additional tourist tax, but the website would not let us complete the payment, so we could not finish the check-in.

We tried calling every phone number we could find — on the website, in the emails and in the email signatures — but nobody was able to help us. Our messages were also ignored. If a company chooses to automate the whole check-in process, there should at least be a reliable way to contact a real person when the system does not work.

Another unpleasant surprise was the breakfast. When we booked the accommodation, it was stated that breakfast was included in the price. However, during check-in, we were suddenly asked to pay an additional €15 for it.

Fortunately, we managed to solve everything once we arrived, but the whole situation caused unnecessary stress. The accommodation itself was fine, but the poor support, problematic check-in and unexpected additional charges seriously affected our overall experience.

Wiederholt schlecht

Gar Nichts! Extrem Unverschämtes Personal!!!

Habe Zimmer mit 25m2 gebucht und nicht mehr als 15m2 bekommen Zimmer004. Extrem hellhörig, konnte ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Und dann um 08.00 morgens die Rumänischen Putzkfäfte geweckt, haben voll Pulle mit den Betten gegen die Wand gehauen- keine Chance auszuschlafen. Dann der unverschämte Arabische Rezeptionist wurde auch noch total unfreundlich. Gestern sind Sie einfach ins Zimmer rein, obwohl "Bitte nicht Stören" Schild an der Tür hing. Sehr unkompetent und keinerlei Einsicht. Respektlos bis zum geht nicht mehr! Man merkt, dass sie nicht ausgebildet sind in der Hotelerie. Meidet dieses Hotel!
