Hotel accogliente vicino alla città
Pros:

Hotel fuori dal centro della città di San Sebastián ma ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici o in una 20 di minuti a piedi sei in centro.
La camera era luminosa e con tutto il necessario per trascorrerci diversi giorni.
Il bagno era spazioso.

Cons:

Il parcheggio coperto vicino all’hotel, era molto costoso. Al giorno si paga 28 euro, se hai l’auto consiglio di non lasciarla lì.

Très bon hôtel mais chambre bruyante

La chambre est belle,spacieuse,confortable et très propre.bons équipements

Emplacement bruyant !
La chambre est placée devant l’ascenseur qui bipe à chaque ouverture et à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner .

Pros:

Nous sommes venues entre copines. Et nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Le quartier est calme. Les chambres sont originales, propres et spacieuses. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Le petit déjeuner dispose d'un large choix.
Je le conseille vivement.

Great hotel stay in San Sebastian
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great just a few meters from the famous river and accessible to public transportation. The staff is so friendly especially to Jefri who helped to fixed the online booking many thanks. The hotel brand is really excellent with welcome cute messages, postcard and night turn sweets. Buffet breakfast was excellent too.

Friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was perfect and plentiful, the bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a fridge. The location in relation to Amaras Station was very convenient with local supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

We thought that our toilet had a leak but were assured it as just condensation - but there was quite a puddle every morning. I can't imagine that every room had the same issue which would be the case if it was condensation. The extra towels provided did help you mop it up.
Hooks for jackets could have been provided nearer to the door and we seemed to be lacking a chair that was shown in the room photo.
Chairs on the small balcony would have been nice, as would a small safe.

OK with space for improvement
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room was really spacious.

Cons:

The room could have had a few more pieces of furniture. We had to ask for some towels, as the staff forgot to leave enough for two people. Also, it the room was a bit loud - I could hear the guests one floor above and also some guest on the same floor slamming doors, which was a bit annoying. I know San Sebastián is not a cheap destination, but somehow I expected a bit more from this hotel.

La localización, la opción del desayuno y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Estuve alojada en dos ocasiones en abril y en mayo, el mismo número de noches cada vez y pagando el mismo precio las dos veces, sin embargo, mientras en abril mi habitación era muy amplia y con cama doble, en mayo me dieron una habitación muy pequeña con cama individual. Me sentí decepcionada con el alojamiento
