Our third visit. It is close to family, clean and well kept.

Accommodations were fine, it was the staff and reservations that didn't go so well.
Reservation process was trash, I was told that only one of two rooms in my Reservation was showing in their system...and it was nothing they could do. I was made to do an on-site Reservation at much higher price due to their error. Thought the lack of effort to resolve this issue that wasn't my fault could've been so much better....after the fact, I did receive a difference refund but this could've all been avoided with better customer service!
This was the only decent hotel in Martinsville. Although definitely more expensive, well worth it. I slept better than I've slept in a long time. The room was amazing as a king suite. Breakfast was good, appreciated the hard boiled eggs, real oatmeal and walnuts. Thank you. Casey was a person who took care of the breakfast. She is a brand ambassador. Exceptional. Every person walked out of their feeling as if you guest in her home.

The property was nice, and clean with friendly staff
There was a constant noise of rumble since the time of our arrival, we thought it would eventually stop but it went on all night long. After a long drive and arriving late we couldn’t wait to lay down and get some rest to prepare for a funeral in the area. I could only get a couple hours of sleep because of the constant rumble noise causing tossing and turning. I paid a good bit of money to sleep somewhere for one night and couldn’t even get rest. My stay was irritating.
