Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Das Parkieren war sehr praktisch mit einer Tiefgarage, welche man kostenpflichtig bei Indigo im Voraus buchen kann.
Der Zug war in der Nacht zu hören, hat aber nicht gross gestört.

Perfect location
The room was spacious with the added bonus of a kitchen, table and chairs and a nice big sofa. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel laundry room was handy especially when travelling through. The location was reasonably central and felt safe.

Parking fee
Room was sparkling clean, spacious and in good condition. Laundry facilities were great though expensive - $4 per wash, $4 per dryer, and a satchel of laundry detergent was $4. For reference, other hotel stays it was $3 per wash and detergent was only $2...
Lady at concierge was a bit rude and pretentious. Not a single smile was given and our existence seemed to be bothering her - or at least that is how we felt if she did not mean to show it. This made us a bit uncomfortable and spoilt our experience
Great location and parking available. We stayed in a studio room as we have a baby and the kitchenette was a great addition. Staff were very kind and incredibly helpful.
Overall property was great, however baby is crawling and his knees and feet were very dirty from crawling around the floor of our room. The room was incredibly clean otherwise and it is not an issue I would have noticed otherwise.
It is very well located. We went to Banff for a couple of days and the hotel is very close to the highway.
We arrived around midnight, and the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member did not provide clear information about breakfast or the hotel’s services. That being said, the breakfast was great.
Although I booked a Mountain View room, we were assigned a fourth-floor room facing the city. The shower head had poor water pressure, and the air conditioning was difficult to regulate, making the room either too cold or too hot.
Additionally, the garbage on the parking level remained uncollected for hours, creating a poor first impression of the property’s cleanliness.
The room was huge and very nice! Happy hour and restaurant with outdoor seating was lovely!
