Wonderful people and very comfortable
I’ve stayed in Ratchada Boutique Hotel multiple times when I come to Bangkok, it’s a great hotel with great staff. There’s a cafe & co-working space at the lobby making it very easy to work from there. 7-11 is walkable & overall in a good and quiet location. Super comfortable for its price point, will always highly recommend it.

Great location and very reasonable prices, excellent service and caring staff. Great food and drink options. There's a big C nearby as well as a lot of street food vendors and restaurants. The rooms were great and spacious and the shower was awesome!

Tucked away in a tight back lane, quiet in the night but traffic gets busy at peak hours. At least 20 mins' walk to Big C or the Street (30 mins' walk to the nearest MRT station), it's close enough to several night entertainment spots. Convenience stores (7 Eleven) within short walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much of a cafe. Reception was friendly and check-in/check out was without fuss. Recommended for a short stay in the Ratchada precinct.
The hotel is located in Ratchada District near the metro station. The hotel is located in the courtyards and is difficult to find right away. Check-in was quick, the room was nice, but very modest. I paid for the room by card through the website and spent cash with complete confidence. In the morning, the hotel staff gave me a piece of paper stating that the payment allegedly did not go through (AFTER CHECK IN) and demanded that I pay for the room in another way. I explained to the girl from the reception that I needed to go change money and I was ready to leave her a suitcase and a $100 deposit!
In response, she called me a liar and did not want to understand the situation and called the police! Simply because, due to problems with their website, I had to go to an exchanger!
She didn’t understand the situation and pretended to be smart, although she was wrong! The hotel is definitely only for one night! And keep your cash with you

It's suitable..!!
Comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Area was fairly quiet, considering the location.
The term "balcony" was a bit of a misrepresentation with the AC unit at head height filling half the space and a bush filling most of what was left.

Note that there is a 1000 Baht deposit required at check-in.
Rooms are small.
Bathroom had glass doors with curtains to cover them which did not do the job as well as they should have! There was no handsoap for the bathroom basin and when we requested it we were given shower gel and shampoo!
There was no hand towel in the bathroom and they would not give us an extra towel advising that only two could be issued to each room.
There is no bell boy or luggage service.
Big caffee and restaurant, good for over work.
