Really nice hotel with lounge and restaurant. Our junior suite was spacious

Cons:

It took a long time before we could check in, after check in time. No explanation, just wasn’t ready, checking with management… finally ready. But room was sooo hot , air con not functioning . We talked to them 5 times , each time being assured that maintenance would fix. It was never fixed , sleeping very difficult..

Pros:

Lage außerhalb des Zentrums, Hotel ist aber durch die unmittelbare Nähe der Bahnstation, die sich nur wenige Meter vom Hotel befindet, sehr gut erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Zimmer top. Sauber und mit Espressomaschine, Kühlschrank und Safe ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert

Gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com o funcionário do bar sr pinnos ,me parece ser grego que me tratou com arrogância e falta de educação , o sr pinnos distou da equipe sendo grosseiro imaginando que cliente e lixo , seria bom alguém dizer a ele que paga o salário dele sao os clientes !! Deixo claro que minhas reclamações nao param aqui passarei para o Google, booking, Airbnb e onde mais eu poder . Que esse senhor aprenda a respeitar as pessoas .
