Pros:

Wir waren Gäste des Tages und unser Upgrade war fantastisch. Wir hatten ein Appartement ganz oben. Mit einem großartigen Blick und beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen fehlte es an nichts

Was not bad but also not exceptional. It’s a good place to stay for one night.
Pros:

Close to Train Station. Near center of the city.

Cons:

Restaurant staff handling bread without gloves at breakfast. Tables not cleaned and used dishes all over, you could not pick up a table to sit as all were with previous customers food on them.

Ganz gutes Hotel, dass in Punkto Sauberkeit noch Luft nach oben hat.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfälltig. Qualität der Speisen entsprach dem Preisniveau des Hotels. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist mehr als ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind ok ausgestattet.

Cons:

Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Die App in der man das Zimmermachen "bestellen" muss, haben wir zu spät (am 2. Tag) entdeckt, es wurde auch nicht beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer nur auf Verlangen geputzt wird. Wir haben dann für die nächsten beiden Tage an der Reception das Zimmermachen bestellt. Am ersten Tag danach war sehr schludrig geputzt (Kaffeetassen nicht gereinigt, Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert, Duschkabine nicht geputzt), am darauffolgendne Tag war das Zimmer dann perfekt geputzt. Generell könnte man besser putzen. So war z.B. an einem Morgen der Aufzugboden nicht wirklich sauber, es lagen Haare rum, die man ohne sich zu bücken leider gut sehen konnte. Da könnte man dran arbeiten.

A limpeza do quarto, que foi solicitada uma unica vez durante toda a estadia sem que tenha sido aspirado o quarto e nem os lençois de cama foram trocados.

Gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr guter Stadtbahnanbindung.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, reichhaltig und sehr gut. Bahnstation genau gegenüber.

Cons:

Keinerlei Barzahlung, noch nicht mal ein Cappuccino.
