We had a lovely stay with my husband and our dog!
We keep coming back for the convenient location, just steps from the metro to the the city centre and close to the Amsterdam Zuid station, but also for how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is.
We booked a King Deluxe room and, as light sleepers, we asked to move to a different one due to its proximity to the lifts.
The team handled our request with such kindness and professionalism, moving us to a lovely corner room, and going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience with thoughtful extras for both us and our dog. The warm apologies and personal follow-up to ensure we were comfortably settled really made a difference.
The staff were impeccable throughout! I also love the cosy duvets, and the shower pressure and temperature were excellent.
A wonderful stay overall, and we’ll happily be back.

Tout! Magnifique hôtel. Le Rez de chaussée est super bien décoré. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose. Le personnel est professionnel et souriant. La chambre et salle de bain sont de bonnes grandeurs et bien équipées. Le métro, à la sortie de l’hôtel, nous amène au centre-ville en moins de 15 minutes. Un vrai coup de foudre pour cet hôtel.

I don't understand why Booking is asking me to review a stay that you cancelled on me without my approval or request, and which you still haven't refunded or at least have the goodwill to reply to after two separate support messages.
