Right on Canal street so there are many sights to see within walking distance. Nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean spacious rooms.

Cons:

Valet parking is pricey but there are several self parking areas very close.

Very nice and punctual staff, atmosphere was 10/10 and room and pricing were excellent as well! Highly recommend!

It was pleasant, clean, well kept, and felt very safe!
Pros:

It was so clean and well kept, the sweet lady at the front desk was so patient and kind I was so overwhelmed and overstimulated by the time I made it to check in she truly was so welcoming I calmed down immediately. Any of the staff I came in contact with were truly so welcoming. The room was so clean and I loved the shower!

Cons:

My little refrigerator wasn’t cooling very well. Outside of that that room was perfect!

Pros:

Great location, making it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were wonderful, especially the reception team, who were always friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a lovely experience!

Cons:

The only annoyance was that the corridors were quite noisy and not good in the early hours when you are trying to sleep:(

There was a random false fire alarm. That went off that I didn’t like.

Ok stay
Pros:

Hotel was nice and staff helpful

Cons:

Had to ask many times for bath towels after room cleaned
Overcharged on bill . $55 bill was $75 on my credit card statement.
Requested very early taxi and was reassured it was booked but it didn’t show and we were late to airport
