The cleanliness

Cons:

Only one working elevator, ended up checking out early due to that with a NON REFUNDABLE ROOM! There was no accommodations made for guest or anything!

Horrible, not what i expected

The location and staff

Cons:

Our room had a terrible odor when we first got there and it progressively got worse as we stayed , ac was not working it was super hot and overwhelming to sleep in or to even be in period. Hair was in our shower we asked for maintenance to clean room while we went to the store the hair in the shower was still there.

We got it at a great rate and our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The size of the room and bathroom were great! The price was very affordable. Loved the shower!

Cons:

The floors and surfaces were not the cleanest in our room. Light bulbs were not working in our lamps.

Decent, but not worth the price
Pros:

Location was good and walking distance to places we wanted to visit

Cons:

Paid for a city view, but did not get it. None of the electronics worked in the room, staff were supposed to change it out but did not

Pros:

Very comfortable room, spacious bathroom well lit lobby area and accommodating staff from the front desk to maintenance to the valet.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to call maintenance for a couple of minor issues, the safe had been left locked by prior guests and the Roland shower was lovely but the marble tile was slick
