Rooftop pool, large bathroom, routine service daily from room service staff (mopped/swept floors, changed towels and linens, supplied more water and toilet paper), cold AC, hot shower water, quiet in the evening/nighttime, easy access to streetcar stop.
Very pricey parking, elevators out of service, limited channels on the TV (frequently displayed “no signal” and randomly turned off), difficulty locating the stairs during emergency. We decided to do overnight parking at a nearby surface lot, on 125 Treme St. It’s within walking distance and more affordable ($12 a day). Highly recommend using outside parking and purchasing Jazzy Pass for streetcar.

The check in was the most bland and unwelcoming we’d had our whole trip. The girl at the breakfast cafe seemed like she hated her job. We had to ask for our blanket to be changed as it didn’t look fresh from previous guests.

The sign on the door was broken. They had hair on the toilet,and the shower. Bed had hair on the pillows. Tape on the walls the windows was dirty
Everything was beyond excellent I like the safety of the elevators, the rooftop pool was wonderful just wished the outside bar was open out there, clean, quite nice staff plenty towels nice and good washer and dryer i will definitely be back here.

I arrived at 10:00 PM or wait. 30 minutes in lobby is nobody over there and when the employee came she is very rude
