Great value for how clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Very clean rooms, sheets except for just some dry droplets of something all over the bathroom door and part of the wall. That can easily get missed.

The bathroom door was dirty and part of the wall, too, but that can easily get missed, understandably.

Good for the money
Pros:

Location. Clean and updated rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff nice.

Cons:

Parking spaces small. AC very loud. Terrible pillows( to soft)

Out of sight, not out of mind.
Pros:

On the quiet side of Prescott right next to the main road, but close to city center. Easy access, clean, and comfortable spot to enjoy and relax after a day's adventure.

For the money - it was ok - management need to double check operation of the appliances

Enjoyed our stay and put it on the list for a return trip the next time we visit Prescott.
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and friendly accommodating our request for a first floor room, as we are an elderly couple and do not do well with stairs.

Cons:

Although the dining area concept was great (solarium like), it was crowded (literally elbow to elbow seating) at the time we went for the complimentary breakfast. The staff was having trouble refreshing the dishes and heating and cooking the available menu.

Front Desk staff very kind and accommodating, I don't recommend the breakfast.
Pros:

The room was just okay, we were assigned an ADA unit, so the set up was quite different than we are use to. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Breakfast, they ran out of potatoes and when we requested more, the person working the breakfast area was a bit rude and told us it would be at least 15 minutes before we could get more. Then the waffle batter ran out and again when we requested more, it would be another 15 minutes.

Handicapped room was huge. Shower had handles everywhere. Breakfast was awesome. Very quiet. Slept like a baby!

Will go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Could have been hotter. The staff was awesome! Location was great.

Cons:

There was some kind of pipe noise. Didn't report it. Tv was hard to figure out but once we did was great.
