They kept knocking and yelling through the door

We like the location, it's peaceful and clean.

Cons:

The king size bed is not comfortable. I've got the king size bed twice in 2 of the 3 trips and each time our back and shoulders hurt. When we got the queen size beds we felt more rested. They should have a Do Not Disturb sign because we were woken up by Housekeeping knocking on the door.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

I loved that the property is pretty close to the downtown area. I'm very picky & really enjoyed our short stay at the property. The beds were comfortable & I loved that there were three mirrors in the room for my daughters & I to get ready. I also loved that they had specific wash clothes that were embroidered with "makeup". There were two sinks that seem to be updated & were also helpful with getting ready. The girl at check in was very kind & helpful!

Cons:

I didn't like the very small towels for taking a shower. They definitely need to update with bigger towels to accommodate all people & they weren't very soft at all. It barely fit around my 9yr old daughter. That said I was given extra towels which helped. The bathroom area is very tight with the tub & toilet being in very close proximity to the door. It was doable but hardly left any room. These were very small complaints.

This is an excellent facility for short stays, especially since their breakfasts were so good.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The location was in the forest which made it seem like we were staying in a lodge. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was tight. There was no elevator, which made it very difficult to take our luggage up the stairs. To the staff credit, they did offer to help us . Since it is away from the town itself, we needed to drive to go anywhere.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were GREAT! I would like to know the brands, so I could buy them for myself. In the evening there were wild turkeys just off the property, gobbling. Good location, close to the town's tourist sites.

Cons:

Shower did not drain.

Pros:

I liked that the room has been updated and the bed is comfy and it is clean. Also the location is great. Near a major supermarket and the business district plus whiskey row.

Cons:

I didn't like that when thr people next to me were partying until 4 am and I called the front desk they said they would handle it. No one came up to address the very loud partying, screaming, fighting that carried outside my front door. Also when I repeatedly called the front desk several times again no one answered and it went to voice mail. I called the reservation number on booking and they also tried to reach the front desk no one answered. I felt trapped in my room and the phone in the room was dead. If I didn't have a cell phone there would have been no way to call for help. I should have called the police but being that it was memorial weekend I figured they were needed elsewhere, like dealing with other emergencies. When the party,/brawl ended, some of the participants gathered there liquor bottles got in their cars and drove away. Unacceptable! When I spoke to the front desk the next morning, the employee was kind and kept saying she was sorry but offered no other solution. She stated that the room next to me were checking out and that is it... I didn't sleep the entire night and had an event the next day. I will never stay here again and that is too bad because the location was great. Can't say that this will happen again but I didn't like the way it was handled/ or lack thereof.....
